When I arrived Phillip (her boyfriend) told me he just vaccumed because they had read her bio where I said she was skiddish. I felt that it was very thoughtful for him to do that before I brought her over so she wouldn't be fearful of the loud noise. Cheyenne was extremely responsive and sent multiple photos. About: I had to put down my 10 year old lab this winter. I miss having dog, but thought this would be a great way to spoil your dog and have a dog in the house again. I'm not ready for another pet just yet. I will be in charge, as I work from home. Promise lots of walks, private beach if your dog enjoys that and lots of attention. No puppies (can discuss if housebroken) and can provide for senior dogs if needs are reasonable. Thank you! I primarily work from home so your dog will never be left alone for long. I am writer, so I sit at my desk quite a bit. However, those hikes in the woods or walks around the neighborhood are necessary. I would love to have your dog join me. About: I have been fostering for almost 13 years and have taken care of cats, dogs and horses growing up my whole life. I am familiar with giving meds and special needs for dogs and cats as well. I have dobermans so I understand high energy dogs! I am working part time to spend more time with my kids and dogs and my kids also love new companions we take in and care for. I have just been wanting to care for more animals in my area. I have a fenced in yard and 2 dobermans and a doberdoodle. They are all dog and kid friendly. My dogs are vetted and up to date on everything. My dobermans are the reason I started fostering as they love new friends! My doberdoodle was my foster fail that I love dearly. I do have a couple kennels but if your dog does better with no kennel I do that as well!

About: Hello, and welcome to the Pup's Place, your dog's home when you're away from home. I have experience in dog walking and sitting, whether it be at your place or mine. My experience lies primarily with small and medium sized breeds but I can provide care for large breeds (40-100 lbs). I'll be honest, I joined Rover as a way to experience all the joys that a dog brings in life after losing my best friend who lived to 21 years old. I'm not ready to get another dog so I hope that caring for yours as I have cared for mine all her life can fill the hole inside my heart, as well as put you at ease knowing your dog is receiving the utmost love and care we both know they deserve. As for availability, I work full time midnight shifts (7pm-7:30am) at the hospital, 3 days a week. I can work around my schedule to meet your needs. About: Not only have I grown up with pets my whole life, I have made a living out of taking care of them. It was my calling as a young child to become a Veterinarian. I started Pet Well Mobile Vet, the area's only mobile veterinary service, in 2021 to help bring a better level of quality to pet care after seeing how much more relaxed my friend's pets were when I took care of them in their homes. Building that bond through pet sitting is much the same thing. Pets get individualized care and you get peace of mind. As the mobile veterinarian, I can schedule my days as needed. I have the flexibility to do mid-day meals or walk, if needed. I'm almost always done working by 6pm to make sure everyone gets dinner on time and then some evening playtime. All pets will be cared for as if they are my own. I encourage pet parents to write up the normal routine for their baby so I can stick to it as much as possible. I love to send pictures and updates. About: I have been around animals since a very young age. I grew up having to care for my dogs, cats, horses, cows, and sheep! I participated in 4-H for 10 years showing both cattle and sheep. Throughout high school and college I worked at a doggy day care, that cared for both cats and dogs, either for day visits or overnight stays. I was responsible for making sure the animals were as comfortable as possible. This involved cleaning their kennels daily, feeding, and medications. Later, I worked as a veterinary assistant for 6 months. I have house/dog and cat sat for various friends and family members throughout the years as well. I am very flexible! I am more than happy to stay at your home while pet sitting or simply come by to care for the pet a couple times a day. Open to working with you to figure out the best solution for your pet. About: I have helped owners with dog sitting/walking in the Traverse City area. I've had my dog and cat business for 5+ years and I spend my time with special dogs and cats during the day, overnights or on weekends. I cared for my two dogs until they passed away. Now I have time to devote to other pets who need my support. I have time in my life to care for your lovely dogs, walking them during the week and watching them for overnights on the weekends As my yard is not fenced in, I prefer to go to clients home to help out. I have a reliable vehicle and could come and visit
