About: In college I worked as a professional pet sitter that was over 20 years ago. Since then I have pet sat off and on over the years in my home and in clients home. I have experience walking lots of dogs at one time. I have experience with horses and cows as well. I also have 5 years of professional pet grooming experience too. I have had family pets my entire life. I currently work part time as a substitute teacher and with my boyfriend at his lawn care business. I have a flexible schedule and will be able to fit pet sitting/ dog boarding/ dog walking in when needed. I have a large yard and live on quite a bit of property. About: Not only have I grown up with pets my whole life, I have made a living out of taking care of them. It was my calling as a young child to become a Veterinarian. I started Pet Well Mobile Vet, the area's only mobile veterinary service, in 2021 to help bring a better level of quality to pet care after seeing how much more relaxed my friend's pets were when I took care of them in their homes. Building that bond through pet sitting is much the same thing. Pets get individualized care and you get peace of mind. As the mobile veterinarian, I can schedule my days as needed. I have the flexibility to do mid-day meals or walk, if needed. I'm almost always done working by 6pm to make sure everyone gets dinner on time and then some evening playtime. “Margalina, Joshua and their daughter were wonderful caretakers of our maltipoo for two weeks. I got adorable photos every day and regular communication about all the fun he was having becoming a farm dog (lots of great exercise). This was a last minute booking but we could not have been luckier. Our dog is a very social one but also clingy to his main caretaker, and Margalina quickly because that person! We will definitely use them again and can’t recommend them highly enough.”

Wooded trails right beyond the house with a walking access to the dog beach at lake Leelanau was great. Bob has sent pictures of dogs having fun at the beach. Overall freedom for the dogs to walk in and out to the fenced backyard, being welcomed on the couch was such a loving & carrying environment and perfect solution for our Golder Retriever, we will be there again and again when in Traverse City area!”
