Cat Sitting in Boring

“Having just moved to a new area, I was extremely anxious about lining up a cat sitter for an pre-planned vacation. Dollie didn't disappoint! She came for a meet-and-greet to get to know the cats and understand my expectations about their care. She then followed those instructions to the tee for the 8 days we had her scheduled for. She was very communicative each day and let me know how everything was going with texts and pictures. I will definitely book Dollie again next time I need a cat sitter!”

Both cats need medication and one is skittish enough that sometimes that can be challenging with new people/cat sitters, but she seemed to do great with Kristin! Photos and notes from each visit helped a lot too, knowing that the cats were doing well helped mitigate some of the stress.”

About: I love all kinds of pets from the furry ones to the scaly ones. I’ve worked with animals for at least 20 years. During high school, I volunteered at veterinary Clinics and took veterinarian classes. I have a lot of hands-on experience caring for puppies. There was a time when we had a surprise puppy litter, and I was responsible for our nine puppies and our three dogs. I may not have any special skills such as being a certified dog trainer, but I have extensive experience of caring for animals. I know the stress you feel when you have to leave your furry friends behind when you go to work or take a vacation, and I'm here to help. I love all animals, and I’m available to assist you. I'm available on weekends and weekdays in early mornings and evenings, also can swing by on my lunch breaks for the babies to stretch their legs as well. About: I love the babies and the old folks yelling, "Get offa my lawn!" I care for puppies who are at least partially housebroken (tell me your style, and I can adapt to it). I care for seniors who need medicine and/or mobility equipment. I care for all the dogs in-between. I have cared for dogs with skin allergies and skittish dogs who are terrified of storms. I will help your dog feel right at home everywhere we go. I go to college online, part-time, so your schedule is my schedule. I am free whenever you need me, generally within one day's notice. If you need me to housesit, as long you have wi-fi, I am good to go. I live in a townhouse, and I have a cat, so I can only doggy daycare small-to-medium dogs, but we can take walks all day long, if your pup wants! At your home, your rules are my rules. I will follow whatever reasonable instructions you have for your pets. (I can also water your plants and feed your fish/birds/small mammals/reptiles.)

About: I have been a pet owner and taken care pets for friends and family for the past 13 years. I have had experience taking care of pets in all stages of life. Whether they’re energetic and need constant play, or they’re older and require a gentler hand. I do not view our pets as just animals, but as family members, so I understand the importance of providing them with the attention and care they deserve. I am currently working full time as a remote employee, which puts me in the perfecting position for boarding. I am also always available in early mornings, evenings and weekends for walks or drop ins. And can board nearly any free day. I offer personalized care based off the needs of each pet individually. I am a long time pet owner myself so I understand the various responsibilities required to care for our animals.

“Umaira and her husband are a very nice couple who loves cats and have some of their own. While Asata was in their home, she was very well cared for. She was kept safe, had things to play with and was allowed to be her playful self. We were initially worried about leaving her with strangers since she is so young but we were assured that she would be well cared for and loved like we do. It seems the promise was kept. We were sent pictures and updates each day for the two days we had to leave her because of a family death out of town. We love her so much and will not leave her again for a very long time. But if we ever need to leave her again, we would leave her in Umaira's care. I would recommend this animal caregiver to anyone who needs a sitter.”
