About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was in high school. I have friends and neighbors that rely on me to take care of their pets. I've also taken care of animals other then cats and dogs. I've done rabbits and Guinea pigs. I feed, give baths, give medications and walks. I can currently do this full time. If you ask me to do a 24 hour stay. I am available for that as well. I just need to know at least 4 days ahead of time. My SO travels for work. And I would need to fit my dog into that schedule. Just know I will have other pets to take care while staying at your home. And will not be there 24/7. I will be staying at your house on my breaks and overnight if requested. We do not have a fenced in backyard. But we do take him on several walks a day. Regardless of the weather. He is unbothered by it.

About: We are huge animal lovers in our home! I have been a pet owner myself and taken care of other’s pets for majority of my life. I have also had experience taking care of pets in all stages of life. Whether they’re energetic and need constant play, or they’re older and require more specialized attention. I also worked as an assistant manager at a large pet daycare facility and now have two rescue dogs of my own. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities and understand that every pet has their own routine and needs. My experience includes feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and providing companionship and attention while owners are away. I’m responsible, attentive, and take following each owner’s instructions seriously. I’ll make sure your pet gets the care they’re used to while keeping you updated throughout my visit. I work part-time, so my availability varies from week to week. I usually receive my schedule in advance and can confirm availability before booking. I’m flexible outside of my scheduled work hours and will work with you to find a time that fits your pet’s routine and needs. I have a friendly dog of my own, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities and energy levels. My home has a backyard for supervised outdoor time, and there are plenty of walking routes around my neighborhood for exercise and fresh air. I’ll follow your pet’s routine and care instructions closely and make sure they’re comfortable, supervised, and safe while in my care.

“Again, Diana and her family added to our vacation enjoyment by taking excellent care of our dogs. We received daily reports and photos. Our elder Lab (nearly 15) occasionally suffers separation anxiety and occasional eating issues, but none of that happens when he visits Diana. In fact, both dogs light up when I say "Let's go to Miss Diana's" and respond happily when we arrive at ehr house. Recommend enthusiastically & without reservations. ”

Most importantly, Steven reads dogs very well, he thinks and “speaks dog”..He is just very tuned in -it is a rare talent. My dog Jake has spent numerous weekends with Steven and comes back happy, healthy and secure. And anytime I drive him over to Steven’s neighborhood, he gets so excited. Clearly there is good stuff going on here! (Never an issue of any sort except that Steven is popular with dog owners, so reserve early…)”
