“Tracey was amazing from the get go. We were ina last minute bind to have someone come the very next day and she came through like a superhero. She was so quick to respond to every message, was so kind with our pup from the start when she came to do a meet and greet and provided lots of updates for us, with photos! Will absolutely use her again!”

“Lauren was wonderful. She did everything we asked and took good care of our cat while we were away. She even brought a package inside that was left on our porch so it wouldn't look like we were away. Would definitely engage her again.”

“David was great, came over to meet my dog and was able to get her taken care of on short notice. He even was able to help again when I had to stay later than anticipated. Highly recommend.”

About: I’ve grown up around pets and they are a huge part of my life. I’ve gotten all my animals when they were a puppy or kitten so I understand the consistency the little ones need! I’m currently on an online masters student so my schedule can be pretty flexible. I like to keep my weekends free but during the week I’m able to move around my assignments to work with your pup or cat’s schedule! I have 2 shih tzu’s (5&7) and an orange tabby cat (3). My dogs love going for about 15 minute walks in the morning and afternoon after they eat. They also love play time so I love playing with them and giving them so many pets! My cat is such a love bug. We hangout and just do our own thing or we play with her fishing rod or mousey toys!

“Julia was an exceptional dog walker for Prince, providing excellent care, including feeding and ensuring his water bowl was refreshed. Her great communication and willingness to spend extra time with Prince truly went above and beyond, making her a fantastic pet sitter. I'm grateful for Julia's dedication and care for Prince. Thank you, Julia!”

About: I’ve had dogs all of my life. I was also a canine officer for several years and am a certified trainer. I’ve worked with multi purpose working dogs (shepherds) to single purpose explosive dogs (labs). I have experience caring and training dogs. I will care for your dog like it’s my own. I understand how they are a part of your family and will care for them as such. Please reach out if you have any questions. Looking forward to helping you with your pups! I am currently not working at the moment. I have plenty of time to take care of your pets needs. Whether that’s several walks throughout the day or some play time to get them their much needed exercise. With my personal dogs I get them exercise/training in the morning and then later in the afternoon before it gets too hot. This way they burn their energy. This is an every day thing for me and I thoroughly enjoy it. Whether your pet is staying at my home or I’m sitting in yours, they’ll be treated like family. I provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment where your dog can relax, play, and feel safe. With years of hands-on experience, I tailor my care to each pet’s personality, routine, and needs—whether that means long walks, playtime, medication, or just lots of snuggles. Daily updates, photos, and open communication ensure you always know how your furry friend is doing. I treat every pet with the same love and respect I give my own—because peace of mind for you and comfort for your pet are my top priorities.

“Jessica was fantastic!!!! She was prompt in her visits and loved on our fur baby while we were away. She sent TONS of pictures and videos which warmed our hearts and let us know he was in great hands. We will definitely use Jessica in the future!! 💕 🐈”

About: I have taken care of dogs of my own my whole life, but I was also given the opportunity to work with large breed dogs in a medical and kennel setting and have thorough experience in enrichment, behavior, and compassion. I have a certification in Dog Emotion and Cognition through Duke University and have trained all of my own dogs myself. My three dogs are all retired research animals, as are my three mice. I work in Chapel Hill and usually have to let my own animals out at 5, so late day walks work well, or weekend care. I walk my own dogs multiple times a day and they get enrichment toys and feeders when they get bored like lick mats and snuffle matts. I also have a very allergy sensative dog that gets ear and skin medicine, has a sun shirt, and eats prescription food and treats.

“Elizabeth checked-in on our dog, Lottie, while we were away for the weekend and did great! We loved the pictures and notes she left for us and it was awesome knowing that Lottie was in good hands. I’d highly recommend Elizabeth!”

Weekends can vary depending on your requests -walk, drop in, etc. I'm also available if you want your furry friend to have a companion while you are at work. About: I am a passionate animal lover and currently a mom to four dogs and a flock of chickens. I have past experience working and volunteering in animal shelters, horse barns, zoos, and wildlife rehab centers so I am familiar with the care needs of a wide variety of animals, including dietary restrictions and administering medications. I will care for your pets as if they were my own! I am currently working remotely with a flexible schedule, so I will be able to attend to your pets as needed. I can drop by at specified times throughout the day, or work from your home during the day if Wi-Fi is available. I will care for your pets in your home the way they are accustomed to being cared for. This can include walks and/or yard time to meet your preferences.
