I work fully remote, so I'm home all day to give your pet the attention and care they deserve. My cozy apartment features a small private yard, and with the nearby dog park, there's plenty of space for play and exploration. I work fully remote and am home all day to take care of your pup's needs, but do have a lot of meetings and appreciate following a routine/schedule to stay on task. Our days will vary based on your pup's schedule and needs, but will likely include a walk before work, another one after, and a shorter one mid-day. If your dog does not do well on leash, I will likely keep walks to a minimum and exercise them at the park. I also have a small yard and can provide potty and play breaks throughout the day. Since I work fully remote, I’m home all day to supervise, give cuddles, and ensure your pet's needs are met. My apartment has a small private yard for quick potty breaks, and I also have access to a dog park for exercise and playtime (with owner approval). I make sure all interactions – whether with my own dog, Sasha, or other pups – are positive and well-managed. If your dog is reactive or you're not sure if they'll get along with mine, please reach out to schedule a meet and greet before booking. In a client’s home, I strive to maintain a familiar and comfortable routine for their pet. I follow all care instructions closely, provide companionship, and ensure they feel safe while their family is away. I respect household rules, reinforce good behaviors, and always leave a client’s home as I found it (sometimes cleaner). My priority is creating a trustworthy and loving environment where pets feel secure and happy!

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover (yes, my first email was animalluver4life@hotmail). I grew up with nine dogs — each with their own Christmas stocking — and now have two pups and one very loved cat at home. I’ve cared for senior dogs, special needs pets, and cats of all kinds. Whether your pet wants cuddles or space, I’ll make sure they feel safe and loved. I have been working from home since 2020 which means my dogs are used to going in and out whenever they’d like. Happy to accommodate any eating or medicine schedule based on the animals needs. I am able to check on/or walk animals in other household at any time, as I make my own schedule. I have been told I’m kind of a “helicopter parent” when it comes to my dogs but that comes in handy when dog sitting! I have a fenced yard, two little dogs, and animals are allowed on furniture! I am fine with separating my dogs, if that’s preferred - I have the space! Guests will have first priority, of course. I have experience with crated dogs and do have my own large crate here.

About: I have had a dog since my earliest memories. I will treat your dog as I would treat my own, as a family member. Dogs provide us unconditional love and I believe they should receive it right back. I walk my own dog at least 3 times a day. In between walks he lounges in the fenced yard. When I am out and about he has the tv on and naps. He is the best cuddler. I have a fenced in yard and I walk my dog consistently. My dog hangs out with me throughout the day. I take care of him with great detail.

About: I only take one dog at a time, unless they are from the same household, in which case I may take two. I only accept dogs under 50 lbs. Coming from a farm background, contact with farm animals, including my dog, was a daily event. Over the years, I have owned, trained, and shown Golden Retrievers and Russian Blue cats. I am a retired environmental professional who now has all the time in the world to focus on your precious pet, giving them lots of love and attention. We are very flexible with drop off and pick up hours and we are near the airport. When your dog enters my home, he/she becomes a family member, enjoying lots of mental stimulation, doggy games, and outings that include community walks and nearby trails and playtime in the community gated dog park. I have recently raised a seeing-eye Guide Dog for almost two years. This has taught me that intuition is extremely important when I am interacting with your dog. It has also provided me with a special understanding of how dogs react and how to respond to their behavior. My past clients in their reviews have called me a “dog whisperer”, “dog magician”, “a great dog handler with lots of dog handling wisdom” and “someone who treats their dog like family”. Any anxiety that your dog has quickly disappears with our special care and loving. I look forward to boarding your dog soon. Being retired allows me to provide your pet with all the required time, love, care and nourishment, so that when they return to your home they are both rested and invigorated. My walks include focusing on safety and, leashing pulling and other dog distraction training, if they occur. Rest assured that your puppy will be safe and healthy with loving care in our home and on walks since we only accept one dog at a time with the exception when a single owner may have two dogs. Being retired allows me to look after all your pet's needs in a non-smoking, safe environment. Your pet is free to roam by him/herself in my puppy-proofed home. A fenced back yard and a community gated dog park are available for your dog to exercise and do their business. Your dog will sleep on the floor next to us in our bedroom, unless otherwise requested such as sleeping in a crate.
