“Michelle did an amazing job caring for my pup while I needed to be away. I have a 16 month old mini golden doodle. I love that she allowed time for him to warm up to her by stopping by beforehand. About: PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE PENDING REQUESTS TO OTHER SITTERS. Please understand that when you send me a request, I have to turn down other potential clients while I wait for you to confirm. Thanks in advance for being a considerate neighbor and human. I had dogs all through childhood and college, and miss having a four-legged friend around! Sadly, my own work travel schedule prevents me from having a doggo of my own right now, so I thought that it would be a good compromise to lend a hand to other frequent flyers who love their pup too much to put them in the kennel. Rest assured that your dog will not get just a 15-minute lap around the block to pee, I'll take him or her to the dog park, on a hike, or if your pup is more low-key, I'll totally snuggle on the couch. My pet ownership experience is mostly with big dogs (sheperds), so that's definitely my soft spot, but I've taken care of all breeds and sizes through volunteering as a foster with a rescue group in my former home of Washington, DC. I have a reliable car, so it's easy for me to get to your place to check in a couple of times a day. I work from home, so I am pretty flexible. I do live with a sassy cat, but we live in a big duplex where pets can be separated if needed. I will strive to stick to your pet's usual routine whether I am sitting at your home or boarding in my own home. They are already missing their humans, and maintaining their routine gives them one less thing to be anxious about.

About: What sets me apart is the level of love, patience, and attention I give to every pet in my care. Whether it’s a bouncy puppy learning the ropes or a sweet senior needing extra support, I tailor my care to fit each pet’s unique needs. I have experience with basic puppy training, including leash manners, crate comfort, and potty routines. I’m also confident caring for senior dogs—administering medication, helping with mobility, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Your pet won’t just get a sitter—they’ll get a new friend who truly cares, communicates well, and treats them like family. As a student with a very flexible school schedule, I’m able to plan my days around pet care pretty easily—as long as I have a little notice, I can make it work! I love spending time with animals, whether it's getting outside for a good walk or just hanging out at home. On weekends, you can usually find me curled up with a furry friend or two—it’s honestly my favorite way to relax. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in yours, safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I make sure pets feel secure, loved, and right at home—whether that means sticking to their usual routine, keeping their environment calm, or giving them extra one-on-one attention. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and follow all instructions carefully—from feeding schedules to walk times and any special quirks your pet may have. In my home, I keep things clean, cozy, and pet-friendly, with lots of snuggle spots and safe spaces to relax. Building trust with both pets and their people is important to me, and I always aim to communicate clearly and keep you updated so you feel at ease while you're away.

Ashley W.Star Sitter
“Ashley is quite the do lover. She no only loves dogs but has tons of energy for those who like to be super active. In the time I have known Ashley she has not only watched dogs I've had and done an excellent job but she is also a former foster with a local dog rescue. When fostering with an off transport rescue you rarely know what to expect and Ashley has shown that she can care for many types of dogs of varying temperaments. The most memorable was very anxious and mouthy beagle who was later put on Prozac to help with her temperament and behavior. Ashley fostered Tallulah until she was adopted to later be returned multiple times because people just couldn't deal with the challenge that Ashley was. If I had a personal dog i would not only trust Ashley with its care but not worry because I know she would do anything she could to assure it's comfort and care.”

Claire V.
“Claire was wonderful with my dogs. I have two golden doodles and she sent me so many pictures and kept in touch as much as I wanted and very responsive.”

Enrique A.
“Enrique was absolutely incredible. He boarded my cats at his place for an extended stay, and they felt instantly so comfortable with him! He gave great updates with pictures and videos, was easy to reach, flexible, and asked great questions. I know my kitties got so much love and attention with Enrique, they looked like they had a blast! Enrique also stayed at my apartment before to watch my pets. He left everything as he found it - in fact, even cleaner! He always made sure to bring in the mail/packages/etc. I will be sure to reach out to him in the future with any pet/house care needs as I trust him completely! So easy to work with, friendly, professional, and respectful. 10/10 recommend.”

Emily M.
“Emily is a fantastic and enthusiastic pet caregiver, careful and attentive while giving lots of love and the right amount of treats. I've watched her care for all kinds of creatures and they all understand that she's there for them. My grumpy old blind cat (who is extremely hard to impress) thinks the world of her.”

Julie N.

“So thankful to have found Julie! She looks after our cats with such love, sending photos each visit! We will never use anyone else for our cat care.”

Alexander S.

“Alex took great care of my dog and went above and beyond!”

James H.
“Jim does such a good job with my dog, that I often refer to him as the "dog whisperer". Great job every time. Give him a try.”

Paige S.
“Paige is an incredible and caring pet/animal lover! I cannot reccomend her more. She's very communicative and responsive and i've had nothing but good experiences with her. I recommended her to my neighbers who use her to take care of their two cats when they are out of town. 10/10 endorsement!”
