He fit me into his schedule for a meet n greet (which went really well), I really liked that he had a fenced in backyard. The stay was arranged for 5 days (I ended up coming back a day early and was able to pick him up early). Zachary provided updates early in the stay to let me know how my dog was settling in. Zachary was very responsive to my messages and was quick to reply. If you have a dog with separation anxiety (like mine), it was great that he lives in a house, so there were no wall neighbors (such as apartments) to worry about with any barking. If I find myself traveling for a few days again, I will definitely reach out to see if Zachary is available to watch my dog!”

About: I’ve had animals, mostly dogs and cats since I was A child. Let me know what your fur baby needs! I’m happy to accommodate. I had a beagle with me for 15 years and he was on various medications as he aged so I know how to administer medications if needed. I work full time Monday through Friday from 8-4:30 but am happy to walk your pet before or after those hours! I am happy to provide whatever care they might need while you are away. I see pets as members of the family. I have 2 dogs...a terrier and a mini poodle. I love them to pieces and they run the house! Lol. They are well behaved and allowed on the furniture and the bed. Your fur babies would be too! I want them to be comfortable in my home. If I’m dropping in to take care of your fur baby in their home just let me know what I need to do for them and consider it done! I take my pups out every morning for a short walk, after work, and just before bed time. I feed them twice a day with occasional treats that they love mixed in :) I'm in an apartment so they will be leashed when we go outside. I live close to 3 different parks as well as the Menomonee River Parkway....lots of space to walk with them and let them sniff away!

About: Primarily had two wonderful cats. The first is Ghost who I raised from when she was abandoned and the size of my hand until she passed away at age 19-1/2. The second is Harmony which we adopted and raised from age 3-ish to 18-ish. From time to time I have checked in on friends cats while they are out for basic feeding/kitty litter things, along with some socialization/cuddle time. We have two+ dogs at any time and haven't had cats in a few years, so care would only be at your home just to keep things good for my household.
About: I have a diverse experience of taking care of dogs. One of my previous jobs was working in a dog daycare/kennel where I took care of dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I have been a dog walker and sitter for many years now, and have been around dogs my whole life! I currently own a mini poodle puppy! I am currently a full time student and can help walk your dog on weekends, holidays, and some odd days throughout the week. About: I have had dogs of my own since I was 9 years old. I LOVE dogs--especially small ones! I have trained all of my dogs. I board friends' dogs in my home all the time, and am now excited to move into boarding strangers' dogs here on Rover! I work full-time, a mix of in-office and at home. I work from home on Thursdays and have flexibility on Fridays, so it works best for me to be able to provide boarding on long weekends (Thursday-Sunday). I am happy to provide your pet with seamless care and match what they are used to in your home. I have a large yard and a quiet neighborhood. My home has many rooms and I have some gates so that I can separate pets if needed. I also have a puppy play pen for smaller/younger pups who need their own space.

About: I owned a dog growing up and cared for and trained one with my family. I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. With the exception of rare travel days, school drop-offs, and evening events, I will always be around the house to care for your pup. Your pet will get the attention it needs, as I work from home and I have a fenced in yard, as well as young boys that are great with animals. Frequent outside visits and play times are very doable.

My dog has been consistently going going there for a year and as a young doctor working up to 28 hours in a row, I would not be able to have managed without them! They are very flexible and truly do love working with dogs. Recently, my dog got very mambas colitis and needed to go to the vet twice. Initially I wasn’t able to take too much time off but thankfully Mike was there. He offered to even cook Whiskey boiled chicken and rice and even offered to come to the vet with us the second time because he was genuinely concerned as well. I have a very anxious dog, but have been able to leave him while on vacation and not worry because I was getting constant updates- both good and bad about how he was doing, how much he was barking, how he was pooping, etc. it helped me enjoy my vacation more. About: I've had multiple dogs over the last 30 years. Mainly Bull Mastiffs, Border Collie Mix, and multiple Pitties. We lately have been adopting older dogs to give them the best end of life possible. For friends I've watched many smaller to larger dogs, comfortable with all. I have experience with all sorts of meds and care, although I prefer to stay away from anything with needles when possible. We've been to the vet more times than I can count, and have gotten good at understanding/reading dog behavior and signs of distress. I have experience with all soft of personalities...shy or alpha, lazy or rambunctious, etc. I like to understand them and work with them where they are at so they enjoy themselves and are happy. I'm a pretty calm presence and in general dogs trust me right away. My wife will joke that I am a dog whisperer as dogs tend to follow my lead easily, but I think it is simply being confident and projecting that you are there to take care of them. I have a very flexible work schedule and am home most of the time. I only have 1 dog right now (Oscar, 82 lb Pitty who loves everything and everyone...he walks around with soft toys like they are his dolls), but will likely be back to 2 in the near future. I walk my pup(s) pretty much every day. We live near Hart Park and the Oak Leaf Trail so getting out to walk along the river/parks is very easy. New to doing this formally rather than just for friends. Normally watch friends dogs at their place. If we take care of your pup in our home, we will always have 1+ pups that will be other-dog friendly. My wife and I have a small Tosa home but fully fenced-in yard to be able to let them out at any time day or night without worry. We have a small main floor but it has 3-4 dog beds and multiple toys (prefer dogs who are ok with soft toys, as our pup(s) don't rip those up. Will likely prefer caring for your pup in your home, it simply mitigates the crowding in the house and any potential conflicts. If I look after any cats, those would be at your house. We no longer have cats and aren't prepped for that in any way.

I have connected with animals of all ages and temperaments and can meet them where they are at! I am currently a law student, so I have mornings and afternoons available depending on the day. Tuesday and Thursday early mornings and midafternoon. Monday and Wednesday mornings and afternoons are free as well. My weekends are also free as needed! About: I do part time senior Care and some of my clients have animals I find it very important that they are well taken care of and happy as they bring a lot of comfort to my clients when I'm away This means plenty of walks up and down hills going out and sitting on the grass at live music shows and tons of interactions with other dogs while we shop for groceries downtown Food schedules almost go hand in hand when Im meal prepping for my human clients We've invented a few new games with my one clients and her lab misty Her favorite being the wagon tire I attacted to a bind of cordage and a spring up in a tree limb misty loves to jump and snatch the tire while it bounces around Well I love to work out throughout the week and on weekends I would normally go for small hikes woth my friend but she has developed a respiratory issue and can no longer do so I find it would be amazing to get some energy out with so eager to run and play dogs I monitor a lot of potential puppy problems as I call them after all big dogs share a lot in common with toddlers you have to make sure that they arnt biting scratching chewing or marking any beloved items or areas in the house Getting sufficient exercise helps stimulate the dog's and corner these bad behaviors Plenty of treats and positive reinforcement goes a long way as well

About: I’ve had animals growing up, and been relied on by neighbors and friends to take care of theirs when they take trips. These include going over to feed them, walk them, and make sure they got company while the family was away! I enjoy taking care of animals when I can, which is why I love pet sitting and meeting more people around the area of Morgantown. My schedule is pretty flexible with notice, so can work with you on time and dates through excellent communication. I have an apartment that is animal friendly with a roommate that loves dogs and cats! We’re a household that enjoys each others company and will provide a warm environment for your pets.

“Zachary was great with my petsitting needs - especially given that I reached out for the first time within a week of needing the help. He fit me into his schedule for a meet n greet (which went really well), I really liked that he had a fenced in backyard. The stay was arranged for 5 days (I ended up coming back a day early and was able to pick him up early). Zachary provided updates early in the stay to let me know how my dog was settling in. Zachary was very responsive to my messages and was quick to reply. If you have a dog with separation anxiety (like mine), it was great that he lives in a house, so there were no wall neighbors (such as apartments) to worry about with any barking. If I find myself traveling for a few days again, I will definitely reach out to see if Zachary is available to watch my dog!”
