The stay was arranged for 5 days (I ended up coming back a day early and was able to pick him up early). Zachary provided updates early in the stay to let me know how my dog was settling in. Zachary was very responsive to my messages and was quick to reply. If you have a dog with separation anxiety (like mine), it was great that he lives in a house, so there were no wall neighbors (such as apartments) to worry about with any barking. If I find myself traveling for a few days again, I will definitely reach out to see if Zachary is available to watch my dog!”

About: I have a diverse experience of taking care of dogs. One of my previous jobs was working in a dog daycare/kennel where I took care of dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I have been a dog walker and sitter for many years now, and have been around dogs my whole life! I currently own a mini poodle puppy! About: I’ve had animals, mostly dogs and cats since I was A child. Let me know what your fur baby needs! I’m happy to accommodate. I had a beagle with me for 15 years and he was on various medications as he aged so I know how to administer medications if needed. I work full time Monday through Friday from 8-4:30 but am happy to walk your pet before or after those hours! I am happy to provide whatever care they might need while you are away. I see pets as members of the family. I have 2 dogs...a terrier and a mini poodle. I love them to pieces and they run the house! Lol. They are well behaved and allowed on the furniture and the bed. Your fur babies would be too! I want them to be comfortable in my home. If I’m dropping in to take care of your fur baby in their home just let me know what I need to do for them and consider it done! I take my pups out every morning for a short walk, after work, and just before bed time. I feed them twice a day with occasional treats that they love mixed in :) I'm in an apartment so they will be leashed when we go outside. I live close to 3 different parks as well as the Menomonee River Parkway....lots of space to walk with them and let them sniff away!

About: First and foremost, I’m a queer yoga teacher in the area and I haven’t used this account in least two years 😬 I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. At four, my family started fostering cats (mamas and kittens were my faaaav) and I would help out as much as I could. Yes, I did try to name a kitten Washcloth. No, my mom did not let it stand. This love for animals carried forward throughout my youth with four cats, a German Shepard mix, a malamute, a boxer and pit. My house was always full and as the Aries eldest daughter that I am I always was the first to help out. I got a cat as soon as I could when I moved out on my own and about seven years ago I got a rescue pup of my own. I also have a Rottweiler who I helped raise and train from 7 weeks old. I dedicated so much time to gently training both of them and just pouring love into them. I can definitely help with training and love working with dogs on walking well on leash. I also really believe in positive reinforcement for your pets - they just want to make us proud. Truly a universal desire. I love long walks with dogs and lots of coregulation calm time. Trust that your babies will be treated like they are family. I am a yoga teacher and teach about 10 classes per week. Other than that I work remotely from my computer, so I can flex my time. I really value a slow paced life, so being able to really take my time and go for walks/hikes, cooking a gourmet dinner at home for myself and cuddling up with a good book. I have always been a very regimented, schedule following pet owner. I think it helps create consistency and eases anxiety for animals. Routines help animals thrive. I think frequent bathroom breaks are important. Long walks early in the day before the world is busy and it gets too hot in the summer are a priority. I also really love snuggling up and just having quiet, calm time with pets. I am happy to follow whatever guidelines/special requests pet parents have. I know how important it is to keep things consistent for pets! There’s never any judgement from me!

About: I grew up having three different dogs ever until I was about 13. Over the last couple years, I’ve watched, walked, and overall taken care of several dogs for friends and family. I genuinely love to be around dogs and to play. I work from home full-time so I can give your dog a good amount of attention throughout the day with breaks to play and take a necessary potty or walk. I can watch dogs currently anytime during the work week! I live in an apartment so I don’t have a yard, but the area I live in has grass near by to go to when needed. About: I’ve grown up caring for cats and dogs and have always enjoyed spending time with animals. I have an active dog of my own who loves going on long walks, so I’m very comfortable keeping energetic dogs active and entertained. As a high-level athlete, I’m active myself and genuinely enjoy being outdoors, whether that’s walking, playing, or simply spending time with a pet. I’ve also helped neighbors care for their animals while they were away. Right now I’m training in Milwaukee and have practice at 3:30 so I can take care of your pet during the day but also after practice if needed. Would be preferred if I did at the clients house but I live in a apartment right now they have a dog park and sorts.
About: What started out as babysitting quickly turned to dog and cat sitting as parents and friends saw the love that I have for children and animals. 🐾 My part-time schedule will allow me to have plenty of flexibility for our furry friends as part of my day. Whether it’s a morning walk, a midday check-in, or some extra playtime and cuddles, I’m happy to include their care into my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule and am available for pet care Tuesday through Sunday, with a standing commitment on Tuesday mornings/early afternoons (10 a.m.–1 p.m.) and church on Sunday mornings (9:30-12). I’m dependable, flexible, and genuinely enjoy making sure pets feel happy, comfortable, and loved while their people are away! Because I live in a duplex with my own dog, I prefer to go to clients homes and care for pets where they feel most comfortable and at home.

“Zachary was great with my petsitting needs - especially given that I reached out for the first time within a week of needing the help. He fit me into his schedule for a meet n greet (which went really well), I really liked that he had a fenced in backyard. The stay was arranged for 5 days (I ended up coming back a day early and was able to pick him up early). Zachary provided updates early in the stay to let me know how my dog was settling in. Zachary was very responsive to my messages and was quick to reply. If you have a dog with separation anxiety (like mine), it was great that he lives in a house, so there were no wall neighbors (such as apartments) to worry about with any barking. If I find myself traveling for a few days again, I will definitely reach out to see if Zachary is available to watch my dog!”
