1. Dewey S.
“I have two cats and Dewey was so sweet to them. He fed them and stayed awhile to play with them. I highly trust him to care for them again and would recommend him for a pet sitter or daily feeder.”

2. Katirna J.

“Katirna was a lifesaver when we needed a walker while visiting Blue Ridge for a wedding. She was so sweet and patient with our senior dog to the point where she took him out twice just to accommodate his slow walking. We highly recommend her to anyone living or visiting this area!”

3. Bonnie B.

“5 stars for Bonnie! Helped us out by caring for our dog (who loved Bonnie too) while we were visiting the area. Fast response time, punctual, and professional. Would def look up Bonnie when visiting the area again. Thank you!”

4. Amelia S.
“Amelia has a soft spot for cats as she grew up with two cats, Tippy and Prrl. She has plenty of experience with dogs as well and, in fact, has cared multiple times for my quite difficult dog, Boomer. Boomer is a Staffordshire terrier mix who is very particular about who he lets into his inner circle. However, he connected with Amelia almost immediately. He has a history of aggression towards humans and dogs, and displays aggression toward cats as well. With that being said, Amelia has been very mindful of these tendencies while caring for Boomer and I’ve never doubted her competency in navigating his challenging behaviors. Amelia is a compassionate person with a genuine love of animals and I am confident your pets will love her and you will feel secure in her responsible nature and friendly personality.”

5. Mike M.

“Mike has been amazing for our 2 Weimaraners. My dogs instantly liked him when they met. After just 5 walks, I have already seen a great change with my dogs. They are happier and have more energy. My dogs are very different in age/health and Mike has catered to their individual needs. I always get a detailed report card at the end of their walks with photos. So grateful we found such a dog lover on Rover.”

6. Hannah N.
About: I have had dogs my entire life and have had my dog for almost 10 years now. I also have a 7 month old high energy Doberman that has received the utmost care and patience with training. Animals have made a very important impact on my life and I do not know where I would be without them. I have walked and taken care of dogs through a service in Illinois. I love to walk, play and hang out with these little furry friends! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and I absolutely love every type of dog. If I were to take care of your dog they would have undivided love and affection from me and I look forward to seeing your dogs in the future! I do have a full time job but I have the ability to take care of animals before work, during my lunch break, and for a while after work as well! My lunch break is long enough to allow for taking care of an animal as much as is needed before going back to work. I also have days of in the middle of the week as opposed to the weekend that allows for more time with a furry friend! I don’t have a fenced in yard so I take my high energy Doberman to the dog park frequently and on plenty of walks to allow for him to work off all of his energy as much as possible. I like to leave the animals I watch exhausted in the best way possible while also accounting for conditions such as heat stroke or hypothermia in the most responsible way!

7. Sarah S.

“Sarah was great with our German Shepherd! Excellent communication and obviously is great with dogs! We look forward to booking with her again!”

8. Judy K.

“Judy was friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Would definitely book her again!”

9. Robert S.

“Robert is a conscientious young man and truly loves animals. He has cared for both dogs and cats. He is trustworthy and is an excellent sitter.”

10. Lyndsey D.
About: I have over 7 years of experience working with Dogs. I own a dog grooming business so I am home full time. Our house is a doggie play ground. We have two babies of our own. When I am with your sweet baby they will feel at home. They will get plenty of exercise and be well rubbed. I love to take the pups hiking or down to the river to get exercise. I am available throughout the day due to my flexible schedule. Let me know what you need and I can most likely make sure it happens. If you are in need of something quick like a check up so your baby doesn’t get lonely or someone to watch them while your gone, I’m your girl. I will make sure your fur baby is happy!!

11. Terri G.

“Terri is absolutely wonderful with Jack. I am new at dog ownership - Jack is my first and she is not only walking him but helping me to learn what it takes to be a good dog-mom! Thank you so much for taking good care of Jack and sharing your advice, wisdom, and experience!”

12. Aubrey C.
About: I have always had a pet in my life, and was always responsible for walking, feeding, and caring for my pets. I trained all my dogs how to sit, roll over, and shake. I’m currently available throughout the week and weekend. I am a business owner who works from home, but will always be free to take a doggy break! I have a fenced in yard at my apartment complex, a porch, and willing to accommodate for any special needs your dog or cat has.

13. Amy M.
“Amy is definitely a dog lover. She watched our dog Annie many times until Annie passed at age 15. Annie loved Amy and was always happy to see her. Amy now helps out with our 3 year old sheepdog poodle mix. She has come to our home many times to walk her and play with her when we had to be gone for the day. She even picked Madi up from the kennel for and brought her home.”

14. Melani Z.

“Melani was phenomenal. She was on time and did well with my dog, despite his stubbornness. Not only that, but on her second visit, she brought him homemade treats. She’s just the best!”

15. Amanda E.
About: I have grown up with pets my whole life. I've had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and rabbits. The last few years, I have been pet sitting for friends and neighbors. I love being around animals and playing with them. I am able to check in on the animals before and after work. I am available every weekend to watch and be with your fur babies. I am able to go to your home and feed your animals, walk them, take them out, play with them, and give them their pills.

16. Laura S.
“Laura is an absolute gem. She loves dogs and it comes through in everything she does. She is so gentle, loving, reliable, and always treats my dogs like her own; even my shy baby is so excited to see her! I never worry when my babies are with Laura… even when they are recovering from surgery and need meds and restricted activity. 15 out of 10 stars!”

17. Levi G.
“Levi definitely knows what he is doing with our fur babies. He is reliable, trustworthy, and will give them lots of loves. Anytime I need a pet sitter he is my go to because our pups love him so much. You can’t go wrong choosing him!”

18. Sandra D.
“I had the pleasure of booking Sandy to watch over our pets, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She was incredibly attentive, caring, and our pets absolutely adored her. Sandy went above and beyond to ensure their well-being and comfort. I highly recommend her for pet sitting - she's a true gem!”

19. Lindsey B.
“Lindsey’s previous experience as a vet tech really shone through when she cared for my dog and cat. Her knowledge and skills were evident, providing a level of care that was both professional and compassionate. My dog and cat was in the safest hands with Lindsey, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter!”

20. Ruby G.
About: I enjoy dogs. I have had boxers, pit bulls, beagles, and a Belgian Malinois. Can help with basic commands. I also help a close friend with her dogs. I am currently staying at home and plan to start an animal behavior program soon. Learning more about dogs and their behaviors is interesting to me! I don’t have a fenced yard but I don’t allow my dog outside unsupervised. For walks, we always go on lease. My driveway is long and my pup loves to walk and run!
