“Cynthia and her husband was amazing! They were able to take care of pur dog and ferrets last minute (with only a 5 minute warning if that 😅) and made them feel right at home. Our dog Molly and our ferrets get super stressed when we leave them home so we took them on vacation with us but we needed someone to take care of them while we did activities and Cynthia did not hesitate taking them- even on a Saturday. Molly went right to them with no problem and no hesitation- she fit right in and didn't seem stressed or sad at all when we got her back. Cynthia communicated very well and even sent pictures of Molly and our ferrets and they looked like they were right at home and happy as can be!!! Way better than the daycares that have at least 10 other dogs and usually stick the dogs in a concrete kennel most of the day. You can tell Cynthia and her husband loves animals and cares for them and the animals can sense that. I counld not thank them enough for making their schedule work last minute and for caring for my babies as their own!!!! 🩷”

About: I have had four plus fur babies as a part of my family for 35+ years ! I love them all as their individual personalities and needs as if they are my own ! They will always be safe, they will always be loved both individually and as a group ! I have trained my own my furry babies over the years ! They were all loving and accepting of all creatures and my babies were little ones ! The little ones get branded not so good but I see the best in them all and attend to their individual needs when they come into my home they become a member of my family and receive the love and attention they need !!! I am retired, therefore I am available 24/7 . I have the priveleage of being home to ensure that each sweetie that comes into my home is attended to both with love and any care they will require anywhere from young puppy to our senior babies who will require more attention in regards to medicine massages for their joints and simply love I have a fenced yard to accommodate small dogs I have one myself who is 7lbs. She is friendly to all new guests! And when I take her out to either potty or to just get free run exercise in my yard I stay with her. I do not leave her outside unattended for not even one second I interact and engage with her both indoors and outdoors with play and love !
About: I’ve always had dogs at home, up to three at once! Most all raised and trained from puppy stages. I had a disabled dog recently who lost usage of her back legs and was incompetent. She required lots of help and being carried around but was a sweetheart. Currently I have eight geckos as well as two snakes, a skink, two cats (mostly outdoor) and one dog. My dogs name is Luna, she’s almost two years old, deaf and mentally special but as friendly as can be! (Several rooms for separation of my dog if needed as well as my crate. So far she gets along well with others) My current weekly routine is as follows: Monday: Feed Cats and Dog x2, feed and mist geckos Tuesday: Feed cats and dog x2 Wednesday: Feed cats and dogs x2, feed and mist geckos, feed skink, feed hognose Thursday: Feed cats and dog x2 Friday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed and most geckos Saturday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed skink Sunday: Feed cats and dog x2 Feed and mist geckos Saturday I go out about every hour and a half for potty breaks. I do not have a fence but I have a large pasture as well as lots of leads. I’m willing to walk for hours with your pet on a leash! I have one friendly pup to keep yours company and I have a spare room. I have the ability to crate my dog and space for a crate for yours if provided. We go out after every food and water break, get lots of cuddles and extra play time!

We do have an extra large crate already if your dog requires/likes to be crated.

About: I currently have 1 dog named Willow. She is a husky mix so we go for lots of walks together. I work full time as an athletic trainer so I don’t go in for work until afternoons/evenings. This gives me plenty of time to stop by and give your pet exercise, potty breaks, and food while you are gone. I work 2:30-6pm most nights. Game nights later. Most weekends are off or limited hours for games. Available all morning and lunch time Take the time to give pet exercise, food, and of course lots of pets while you are gone. Will make sure things are kept clean or cleaned up if fur baby has any accidents.

About: I have taken care of dogs for the past 10 years. My parents were Great Dane breeders and I have experience raising puppies from birth-seniority. I used to groom dogs as a part time job and would love to groom yours free of charge while sitting for you! I usually arrive at the client's house, let the pet introduce themselves to me naturally (no threatening behavior, no forced petting, no loud or excited talking, just let them get to know me!) and then hang out in their space for a bit, offering treats if allowed, letting them get used to me, then going on with the routine of feeding, walking, etc, if I'm allowed to groom them, once they're used to my presence, I'll begin that, making sure to stop immediately if they seem upset or threatened! I always end our day together with some treats/food and spending some time with them!

About: Hi, I’m Maggie! I’ve had dogs my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. I have lived on a farm surrounded by dogs, horses, and cats, which gave me years of hands on experience caring for animals of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. After losing my beloved German Shepherd, I began fostering others through rescues. A journey that’s been both healing and incredibly rewarding. It’s deepened my understanding of different temperaments, training needs, and the importance of patience, structure, and gentle consistency. We were visiting in the Blue Ridge area and had activities planned for two days that would not allow us to bring our pet along. Esmeralda's home was a peaceful retreat in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Our little morkie gets overwhelmed and stressed at boarding facilities. My son is in school and I’m a stay at home mom. I have plenty of time on my hands now. About: Since I was 9 years old I have been fortunate to grow up in a household that has always included dogs. Throughout the years, we have cared for a diverse range of breeds, including Terriers, Boxers, and Mastiffs and I wouldn't have it any other way (except for maybe more dogs). I was raised to care for and love them like I would any family member. I have administered medication to not only my own animals, but to others as well. Not only that, I can perform hygiene tasks such as bathing, brushing, etc. I work remotely and have the flexibility to create my own schedule. This gives me plenty of time to spend with your pup while you're away! I have a fenced-in yard with ample amounts of running space. I have three sweet pups: a 13-year-old Westie, a 3-year-old Shepherd, and a yellow Lab who is less than a year old. They are happy to help keep your fur babies busy during playtime or snuggle next to them during nap time. If it's a pleasant day, we'll be outside playing in the yard or lounging in the shade. If not, there is plenty of room to entertain inside. We allow our dogs to relax on the furniture and welcome visitors to it as well; The couch is our favorite place to snuggle! I'm comfortable administering medication if needed. My senior boy is on oral medication; I've also administered medication to others in the past. I would love to love your sweet babe while you're away.

About: I've taken care of dogs ever since i was able to walk. Household always had anywhere from 2-9 dogs at once ranging all age ranges from week old puppies and 16 year old cuddle bugs. Breeds range from small to extra large. Me and my wife currently have two Cane Corsos, a frenchton, and boston terrier beagle mix in the family. “Cynthia and her husband was amazing! They were able to take care of pur dog and ferrets last minute (with only a 5 minute warning if that 😅) and made them feel right at home. Our dog Molly and our ferrets get super stressed when we leave them home so we took them on vacation with us but we needed someone to take care of them while we did activities and Cynthia did not hesitate taking them- even on a Saturday. Molly went right to them with no problem and no hesitation- she fit right in and didn't seem stressed or sad at all when we got her back. Cynthia communicated very well and even sent pictures of Molly and our ferrets and they looked like they were right at home and happy as can be!!! Way better than the daycares that have at least 10 other dogs and usually stick the dogs in a concrete kennel most of the day. You can tell Cynthia and her husband loves animals and cares for them and the animals can sense that. I counld not thank them enough for making their schedule work last minute and for caring for my babies as their own!!!! 🩷”

About: I’ve always had dogs at home, up to three at once! Most all raised and trained from puppy stages. I had a disabled dog recently who lost usage of her back legs and was incompetent. She required lots of help and being carried around but was a sweetheart. Currently I have eight geckos as well as two snakes, a skink, two cats (mostly outdoor) and one dog. My dogs name is Luna, she’s almost two years old, deaf and mentally special but as friendly as can be! (Several rooms for separation of my dog if needed as well as my crate. So far she gets along well with others) My current weekly routine is as follows: Monday: Feed Cats and Dog x2, feed and mist geckos Tuesday: Feed cats and dog x2 Wednesday: Feed cats and dogs x2, feed and mist geckos, feed skink, feed hognose Thursday: Feed cats and dog x2 Friday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed and most geckos Saturday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed skink Sunday: Feed cats and dog x2 Feed and mist geckos Saturday I go out about every hour and a half for potty breaks. I do not have a fence but I have a large pasture as well as lots of leads. I’m willing to walk for hours with your pet on a leash! I have one friendly pup to keep yours company and I have a spare room. I have the ability to crate my dog and space for a crate for yours if provided. We go out after every food and water break, get lots of cuddles and extra play time!

About: Hey fur parents, I just wanted to come on here and provide a 5 star service to you and your fur baby! Here’s a little bit about me… I’ve pet sat, walked pets, administered medication to many pets that require it on a day to day basis (via orally and injection), and many drop-in visits for a little over 5 years now to highly anxious, aggressive, and elderly animals. I’ve also worked it the veterinary field assisting doctors to provide hands on care to your fur baby for a little over a year now. I’m also in with the AKC. I compete with dogs in conformation, agility, dock diving, scent work, and barn hunt etc. and have been doing that for about a year with all types of breeds and sizes. I have always had a special connection with dogs and all animals for that matter and enjoy every second I can get with any of them. I look forward to doing some pet sitting or walking for you and your fur baby! I work part-time at the veterinary clinic (2 times a week for 5 hours a day) which gives me plenty of time during the week to play with your precious fur baby! I’m also a college student who has recently switched to online classes giving me even more time with your pet! I have a fenced in yard for endless potty breaks and plenty of play area!
