About: I have experience working with dogs of all sizes, ages, and care needs both in a professional setting and as a pet owner! At my previous doggy daycare job, I walked, fed, administered medication to, and boarded with dogs. I also have cared for cats for 3 years and have some experience caring for birds (and absolutely love them! particularly cockatiels and conures) I currently am a full time student and have 2 days off during the work week thanks to online classes, so more time to care for pets! I live in a large apartment with no personal pets. Dogs would be crated when I’m in class (only a few hours a day, less than 6 usually) and free to roam when I’m home, with at least 2 relief walks a day. I have one female roommate who is also experienced in caring for dogs, but I will be the only one responsible for the dog’s care. Care at a client’s home would all depend on their personal preferences! I am comfortable sleeping over for any type of pet.

I live on several acres of property that is fenced in from the road, so playtime is not only fun but safe as well. I always keep visiting fur friends on a leash if outside just for extra safety. If your fur family member is used to a crate or three-count sheets you can be sure routine will be kept.

I personally understand how difficult it can be to trust someone with your furry family members and do my best to make the experience as amazing as possible for both pets and pet parents. I have worked in the pet care industry for over ten years now. I began dog walking in NYC, then managed a luxury boarding/daycare facility for dogs in East Syracuse. Since then I have also branched out into working in animal rescue as well. I also am currently pursuing a certification in dog training. I currently work for myself so my hours are flexible. I can accommodate dog walking most mornings, afternoons and nights. I currently offer in home boarding but limit it to three dogs per night to ensure the best quality of care. About: I've been taking care of pets since before I remember. Growing up I cared of neighbors', family members' and friends' pets on a multitude of occasions to go on long walks, feed, bathe, and give attention to whilst they are away. About: I’ve raised two German Shepherds to be great family dogs and am a believer in abundant exercise and socialization to create a great family pet! About: Aside from growing up caring for animals, I’ve worked at a dog daycare for about a year. During my time there I learned a lot about dog behavior and how to read their body language. Now, I am currently studying canine training and management at SUNY Cobleskill where I work with a variety of canine’s daily. So I am currently on summer break from school, so I can assure you I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I start my day off by making sure my babies are fed and have fresh water, followed by going out for a walk and playing outside for a little! I have a dog and a cat who is very shy. If needed I have a crate that can be used.
