She was so kind, communicative and knowledgeable about animal health with former veterinary schooling and training. It made us feel so comfortable and confident with her! She even came over to meet our girls on short notice and was not deterred by our very sweet but vocal German Shepard who others did not feel comfortable with solely because of her breed. She was always on time, sent pictures every visit and wasn't afraid to reach out when she noticed a potential health concern with one of our girls. Let's also add that giving someone you barely know access to your home when you are not there can be nerve-wracking but we fully trust Angelique. I am unable to board at my house but am more than willing to drop in or stay at yours :)- whatever makes you and your pet feel most comfortable! In both cases, I make sure to follow pet parents’ instructions very carefully. I will ensure that all areas that we are playing or walking in are either fenced in or they are always leashed. When I’m away, they can be crated if needed and I will ensure they are let out before I leave. Pets in my care are always supervised. I make sure to regularly check on them when things seem too quiet, and am attentive to food, water, and potty needs. I provide a comfortable and familiar environment for your pet, sticking to their regular routines. I also give lots of attention and love to keep them feeling safe and happy. After years of house sitting, I am also used to existing respectfully in someone else’s space. I am tidy and always try to make your home as clean as it was when you left before I leave. I am a quiet neighbor and will ensure that all doors are locked/security systems are set when needed. About: I love animals and have always had cats and dogs for pets. My last pet, a dog named Colby passed 2 years ago and I am still so heartbroken I have not yet gotten a new dog because I am afraid of going through losing a pet again. I feel that sharing my love and caring for someone's dog will clear that worry from my mind and open me up to adopting a new best friend. I am retired so I will be home 24/7 to care for the dogs. I have a big yard so dogs in my care will get plenty of exercise and fresh air. I also have a deck so we'll be able to relax and have a snack in the sunshine. I own my home and it sits on an acre of land so there is plenty of room.I am retired so I am home 24/7. There are really not too many restrictions in my house. I usually close a few doors to other rooms so I know what and where the dog is doing at all times.

About: I started taking care of my family and friends pets since I was 15. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing a happy pet living out their days to the fullest. Giving them everything they need and more is my top priority for my pets and yours. I’m currently working one day a week, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I have experience in doggy daycares and pet sitting. For the last 2 years I have been grooming dogs and have 2 different certifications. One of those certifications being CPR certified. I have 2 dogs of my own and my purpose is to give them the best life possible! I’m always aware of my surroundings, especially when walking my dogs. I make sure not only am I safe but they are too. About: I work in veterinary medicine! I’ve worked with cats and dogs, all ages and all sizes. I used to train animals professionally when I worked in animal care at the aquariums before moving to veterinary medicine. I currently work full time in veterinary medicine. So my hours are a little odd but my main days that I could do any walks are Saturdays and Sundays. I have experience in pet sitting, I’m comfortable going to houses if needed and staying with your fur babies. I have experience with all temperaments of animals, but I’m mainly just looking for dog walking!
