When visiting my dad, I enjoy walking her all over the neighborhood. But today I have to settle for taking care of my plants, so I would love to hang out with your furry friend.

“Haylie watched our 2 cats for us while we were away on vacation. She was responsible for giving them fresh food and water along with cleaning their litter box(es). She went above and beyond by also playing with the cats and giving them attention while she was there. She would stay at our house for up to an hour just playing with the cats when that wasn't required. Will definitely be using her services again in the future!”

About: I have been taking care of family friends pets, families pets since I was 17. I have taken care of elder dogs that could barley get up the steps and helped them get up ramps. I’ve taken care of puppies and elder dogs. My pet care fits into my routine because I already take care of my dog every single day , so taking care of other peoples animals would fit into my routine because I’m already use to it I always double check everything. When leaving a house I will double check that doors are locked. Animals are safe and that everything is taken care of. I’m a double checker.

About: I've taken care of many pets in my lifetime, including pet and house sitting for family and friends. I love most animals (snakes scare me). I live in the last house on a dead end county road and have plenty of room for animals to play and have fun. Plus, my kids and our pets will have fun visiting and playing with your pets. I currently work weekends only as a RN. I am home Mondays-Thursdays. I do have 3 kids of my own, so I do have to get them to and from school. We have a large yard for pets to play. Dogs will always be on leashes as our yard is in currently fenced. We live in the last house on a dead end country road, so no cars come past our home. I can easily crate your pet if needed. We have a friendly female dog and 3 friendly cats.

About: I provide pet sitting in my home. I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I have volunteered at animal shelters. I love animals! I am happy to give baths and groom also. I have experience administering meds orally and injections. I am home full-time and available anytime. I currently have one dog at home. About: I have had all sorts of experiences with animals, including the high stress situations they come with. Our family dog growing up was blind and deaf, so that took patience for everyone, even our pup! Currently one of my dogs has seizures every now and then, so trust me when I tell you, I can handle stressful times well. I have a full time job 9 am to 6 pm, Monday thru Friday. That does not stop me from wanting to meet as many pets as possible! I prefer to not bring other pets to my own home. My dogs are friendly towards new people, not new dogs in their home. This is for my pets and your pets safety. I am fully able to come to others homes and take care of their family.

About: I’ve grown up with many pets, my favorite being my dogs. I’ve had 1 Rottweiler, 3 Pit-bulls, 1 T-Shizu, 1 Beagle, 2 Chihuahua’s, and 1 loving Cocker-spaniel who lived to be 16 years old. I love animals and the love and energy they possess. I won’t just sit your dog, I will care for them and create a great and enjoyable environment for them based on their needs and wants. I’m a runner and full of energy, I love to hang out and chill sometimes too, my personality is very adaptive and that is important in a sitting situation. I have lots of patience and am very intuitive so I will for sure attend to your dog's needs! I believe communication is key, therefore I will be sure to thoroughly communicate with all owners before taking on the responsibility to care for their dog. I have an extremely flexible schedule, although it may sound busy, as I am a student-athlete and work part-time, with planning I can be available to be there 100% for your pup! I can adjust to your pet's needs in any way. If you need me to continue training practices, i.e. potty training, crate training, etc. I can accommodate!

About: I have spent the better part of my adult life caring for dogs. I started working in kennels when I was 18. By the time I was 22 I had made a career out of it. I began training dogs in 2019. I started with basic obedience and over the years I have specialized in aggressive and reactive dogs, and I spent 1 year working with hunting/retrieving dogs. I pride myself on not just knowing the dog, but understanding their behaviors and how they think. Dogs have always made more sense to me than humans; I started working with dogs so that I wouldn't have to work with humans. However, over the years I've learned how to make great connections with people through their dogs. I've learned there is always some good in even the worst dogs, and there's always some good in even the worst humans. I try my best to engage with the good to overcome any struggles they may have. Pet care is my number one priority at this time. I recently left the hustle and bustle world of retriever dog training to start my own dog training firm. While I'm setting that up, I am devoting the rest of my time to pet care, hiking, rock climbing, and enjoying Bloomington. Safety is paramount to pet care. I make sure that I always have at least two doors between the dog and the outside world when they are off-leash; I use a 6ft leash when walking dogs so they can't run into the street; I never let the dog I'm handling be approached by a dog that I don't know; I do daily health check-ups on dogs in my care (head-to-tail check for any abnormalities such as weight-loss/gain, skin issues, bumps, contusions, etc). Second to safety, for me, is mental and physical stimulation. I make sure that the dog is receiving enough stimulation in their day (or walk) to keep them happy and healthy at home. This includes playing, walking, socialization, learning new things, and cuddle-time.
