“We had another sitter booked; our pet and everything were packed in the car, ready to meet the sitter & leave for our trip; then the sitter ended up being a no-show. Thankfully, Nikole replied to my SOS on Rover! We were able to take our precious Princess Pickles to Nikole's right away. She & her spouse were incredible! They listened to our concerns, and were very understanding and supportive. They took excellent care of our baby girl. Nikole knew we were anxious and apprehensive, and sent daily pics and videos. Nikole and her family gave Pickles time and space to get used to her new surroundings, and helped the process by brushing her and giving her treats (her favorite things!). In the past, after being boarded with other sitters, Pickles got sick, was extremely clingy, had nightmares, etc. None of these things happened after her time with Nikole! It was an easy, seamless transition. We are SO grateful and thankful for Nikole and her family! She's the only sitter for us from now on. We can't recommend her enough. (Just don't bombard her with bookings so she's not available when we need her. 😉)”

About: I've had a pet dog for as long as I can remember. My parents taught me the value of having a happy, healthy companion and instilled a love of pets and pet care that will last a lifetime. I've interacted with a variety of dogs over the years, both in my house and in friends' houses, from small Pomeranians to medium Beagles to large Black Labs and Great Danes. I currently have a Boxer/Bulldog mix who I've had since he was 6 weeks old, so your puppy will be comfortable with me! I know that trusting me with your pet is trusting me with a member of your family, and I take that honor very seriously. I look forward to meeting your fur baby! I currently work part time sporadically throughout the day, so I have plenty of opportunities to visit your pet during the day. I also have full availability in the evenings and at night, so overnight visits are not an issue. As I mentioned, I currently have a Boxer/Bulldog mix who would love to keep your pet company! I live in a quiet neighborhood a short drive away from Clinton Dog Park, so on nice days, we can take a trip to the park and run around there as well.

About: Over the past year, I have taken care and loved on many cats and dogs. Whether it be for family friends or coworkers, I am always happy to spend time with their furry friends. I hope to share my love for animals with those in need of a sitter and look forward to connecting! I am currently an assistant basketball coach at Fisher’s High School. We will be practicing every day of the week where I will need to be free from around 2:15-5:45. I am available at all times other than that! I will be very respectful to your home and your wishes as to how to care for your pet. As of now, I live with roommates so I am unable to have pets in my own home.

About: I have owned all sorts of pets including cats and dogs my whole life. I currently own a senior dog. I am a traveling pet groomer. I used to work at a boarding kennel. I have picked up some training tips. I own a traveling pet grooming business which I work part time. I would have many hours to walk, play with, and care for your pets. My senior chi mix is the boss of the house. We consider her our daughter. She is fed twice a day and has water 24/7. She has free roam of our home when we are gone.

“I was very impressed with Brandon, who wanted to meet the dogs and me before his first encounter. He was late a couple of times, but not more than an hour. I verbally modified one visit time with him, canceling the last drop-in visit due to a conflict. I had another person coming to my house at that same time, but he must have forgotten and showed up anyway. The dogs loved him, and he spent 30-40 minutes at each drop-in. I would definitely hire him again given the chance.”

About: I have worked with dogs since graduating high school in 2021. I have experience in dog training, pet sitting, and dog grooming. I am currently a dog groomer and love my job! I have a Saint Bernard who is my best friend and two cats who I adore! I am a college student taking a semester off and want to make extra income doing things I love. I’m new to rover but not new to pet sitting! I currently work part time so my schedule is pretty flexible. I am most available on weekdays but some weekends as well. I have a lot of time on my hands right now! I like to make both the owners and pets feel safe and comfortable while in my care. As a pet owner myself, I know how hard it can be to leave our babies at home. I try to make the animals feel like their routines aren’t getting changed and they are still getting the same amount of love and attention as if I were their owners!

About: I have experience working with all kinds of animals. I've raised various wild animals at a wildlife rehab center. I was the kennel manager at a shelter in Connecticut. I've worked at various other places, where it was my job to care for the animals. I have experience in administering medicine and am not afraid of caring for special needs. In my spare time I enjoy loving and training my fur babies as well. During the school year I am working at a local elementary school, but evening drop ins are possible. During most breaks I am pretty flexible. Summer I am open except for occasional family trips. I know how important a pet is to the family and will do everything possible to ensure your pets is safe and comfortable with me. I am open to communication while you are away and will provide photos if desired.

About: Hi! I am a current Veterinary Assistant, and former Surgery Tech/Animal Behavior volunteer. I have had cats and other pets my entire life, and have tons of experience with pet sitting of all types, and as a dog walker for an animal shelter and another walking service app. I can administer any medications, as I do that every day all day at work. I am accustomed to all types of medical and behavioral needs. I have all kinds of relevant experience but the most important thing is that I can provide safe, reliable, and dedicated care for your pet while you're away. I know how stressful it is to trust your pet and potentially your home with a stranger, but I can assure you, they are in the best hands with me. I will respect your home, your rules, and your pet! I work Wednesdays through Saturdays, and am off Sundays through Tuesdays, and will be fully available during those days. I have no other commitments during those off days. I have only 2 hamsters, so I can provide tons of attention to your pet! I can board cats at my place, but otherwise I can do dog sitting at yours, and can do stop-in visits or just walks. Whatever your pet needs to be comfortable. I am flexible.

About: I know how to take care of animals due to me having three guinea pigs and two cats and a dog and they trained especially the guinea pigs they know how to walk to the bedroom to their snacks currently part time at the moment because right now I’m studying and doing a candle business to sell and make candles for fun but I’m mostly free to care for the animals when the pet at my house are very loving it just the two cats are old and when I babysit people dogs I have to make sure the animals are fine and eaten and have water and take them out for walks and try play ball with them

About: I have 2 dogs, a 6 year old mix and 3 year old mix. They are like my children. I've had many dogs growing up and I love caring for them. I'm always game to play with dogs. I work full-time but it would be nice to make some extra cash doing something I really love in my evenings. I love being with dogs and finding out their personalities and what they like. I have a small fenced in yard and 2 dogs currently. One of my dogs does not like to play with other dogs so I won't be Introducing her to anyone's pet. So I will be tending to dogs without my own pets.
