Pet Policy
More information
Pets are only allowed at certain Peninsula locations, so it’s best to check individual locations for their pet policy—they may only allow up to two pets and have a maximum weight.
Depending on the property, the pet fee can be $35–75 per pet. Some hotels will provide food and water bowls as well as a luxurious dog bed. Again, as each property has its own policies, check with the individual hotel about their pet amenities before you book.
To make staying in a hotel easier for both you and your pet, make sure to bring familiar items to make them more comfortable like a blanket, toys and treats. You can also expect to need to keep your dog on leash in public spaces, so having their favorite collar, harness and leash at the ready makes it easier for everyone.
About
Founded by the Kadoorie family, The Peninsula Hotels are a chain of luxury hotels operated by Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels. The Peninsula Hotels group was established in 1928 and now operates prestigious properties in ten major cities. These include the flagship in Hong Kong, plus Shanghai, Tokyo, Beijing, New York, Chicago, Beverly Hills, Bangkok, Manila, and Paris with Istanbul, London and Yangon under development. The hotel group is committed to maintaining the highest quality service for their guests, whether their trip be for business or leisure.
With a recently renewed wellness program, each hotel’s restaurant has a carefully crafted menu, using fresh ingredients (often local and sustainable) in a creative way. To support the relaunch of Peninsula Wellness, The Peninsula Hotels opened its first dedicated Peninsula Wellness Centre at The Peninsula Spa in Bangkok. From breathtaking harbor views in Hong Kong to 1930s art deco vibes in Shanghai, each property features unique details and amenities.
