Extended Stay America is happy to host pets in their hotels. There is a maximum of two pets per suite. Pet parents will be asked to pay $25 + tax per day for the pet fee. For those with extended stays, this non-refundable cleaning fee will not exceed $150 per month. This pet fee is charged all at once, at check in. If guests stay longer than one month, each month thereafter is a $10 + tax non-refundable fee per day for the first 5 days of each month (not to exceed $50 + tax per month, per pet). This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. Service animals will be exempt from this charge.
Extended Stay American guests can bring pets that are no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. If a guest would like to bring a larger pet or more than two pets, they must get the property manager’s approval.
