Pet Policy
Rules and restrictions
Be sure to review this information before your trip and plan accordingly. And remember that all airlines have different restrictions, so read each airline’s rules before you book a new trip.
- Pets allowed in main cabin: dogs and cats.
- Pets allowed in baggage hold: dogs, cats, and ferrets.
- Pets can also be transported in the cargo hold.
For the main cabin:
- Animals are placed in a transport crate with a firm and impermeable bottom.
- The maximum size of the crate does not exceed 43 x 30 x 27cm (length, width, height) and its maximum weight including the animal does not exceed 8kg.
- The crate is stored on board under the seat in front of its owner.
For the baggage hold:
- Animals are placed in a firm transport crate of appropriate size with an impermeable bottom and holes for breathing.
- The maximum size of the crate does not exceed 130 x 69 x 80cm (length, width, height) and its weight including the animal does not exceed 32kg.
- Food and water is available to animals inside the crate with the option of refilling from the outside and the pet owner’s name and telephone number is written on the crate.
- Check-in takes place at a minimum 60 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight.

Fees
Service dogs travel free of charge, but keep these extra costs in mind when traveling with other pets:
Pets in cabin: EUR 59/CZK1,1530
Pets in baggage hold: EUR 119/CZK 3,100
