“Gilbert was absolutely amazing with Mika. She is a timid rescue puppy (or so I thought) but she was super confident and happy in Gilbert and his pets’ company. She was allowed on all furniture and had access to all outdoor and indoor space. Gilbert himself is very flexible and accommodating. Mika didn’t want to come back home! We’re super happy with Gilbert, will definitely be repeat clients. Thank you!”

Her whole family showed Bagel love and respect and kindness. He’s almost 17 and has special needs and Melissa accommodated all despite the frigid temperatures and his only eating sporadically. “I had planned a trip to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah, but my dog Bongo came down with a sudden eye problem. He was well by the time I left but had to have drops and ointments placed in his eye every day. Hope was able to take care of this. She also sent pictures of my dogs Dinah and Bongo every day. They love running around the large fenced in yard at her house! Thanks Hope!”
