About: I had a dog when I was a teenager and now that I have moved out I have a cat as well named Horchata. I also have experience taking care of rabbits and guinea pigs. Message me for my rabbit/guinea pig rate! Many family members rely on my expertise to watch their fur babies :) I am the Carmelita Spencer Foods Lab manager on campus which is a part time position and going to school full time but would really love to do something I’m passionate about on my off time like working with animals. My availability is open to anytime I am not at work. I am good at getting animals to listen and calm down if need be. I believe that animals are very in tune with tone and that is the main way they know if what they are doing is good or bad.

About: I’ve grown up with animals of all kinds in my home. While I currently only have a cat, I’ve been the owner of several dogs, a couple snakes, a bearded dragon and I’m not afraid of really any type of animal. I have a pretty open schedule, single mom to a couple of boys and pet mom to one sweet cat. I love snuggling any animal. So I live in an apartment but very frequently go out to trails and parks with my kids, I would have no problem including your pet!

About: I also constantly grew up with dogs in my life, small, big, old and young. I understand how to wear them out with every trick in the game I am a full time student but mainly taking online credits, most the time hanging out with animals is my joy, not a job or task. I live in an apartment and will not be hosting animals in my home. I would absolutely love too but with my situation I cannot.

About: I’ve loved and worked with dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up around them taught me how to understand their needs, personalities, and behaviors from an early age. I especially enjoy walking dogs and helping with basic training, whether that’s reinforcing good leash habits or teaching simple commands. Now that I’m in college, I don’t get to spend as much time with dogs as I’d like—so being on Rover is the perfect way for me to do what I love while making pets happy and cared for. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy building trust with each dog I meet. My goal is always to make sure your dog feels safe, exercised, and loved when you're not there. I'm currently a college student, so my schedule is pretty flexible. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I am free almost all day aside from the mornings; on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I am free in the late afternoon and evening. While I can’t have pets right now as a college student, I grew up on a farm where our dogs were exercised daily, brought inside, and crated at night. When caring for pets in your home, I’ll follow your dog’s usual schedule closely—making sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and a calm, secure environment so they feel comfortable while you’re away.

About: I have been taking care of pets for about 3 years for my family and friends. I mainly take care of any type of dog, and I mainly stay at my friends’ houses if needed, but i have also had pets stay with me as well. I am currently a college student and will be in Coeur d Alene for the summer time (May-August) and in Moscow during the school year (August-May). During the breaks I will also be back in Coeur d Alene, so I love to help out whenever I can! I have a line that goes around my back yard, and I have 2 dogs and 2 cats at my house. My cats are outdoor and indoor cats, and my dogs are indoor and very friendly.

About: I will accept any type of animal as long as information about how to care for it is given. I’ve been pet sitting and dog walking for about 6 years now. I can walk your dog as many miles as you need. If asked, I can also house sit which would include taking out the trash, bringing in the mail, cleaning, and checking on everything that you would need. I am CPR certified for both cats and dogs. I hope to meet your fur baby soon, thanks! I’m a student, so besides going to classes, all of my free time will be available for animals! I can do daily check ins if necessary as well. I like to follow the routine of the animal in their house. If you tell me what their usual is, I’ll follow it! I take lots of pictures and make sure to update the parents as much as possible so they are at ease knowing their fur babies are okay!

About: I have experience working with other people's dogs as well as my own in a variety of settings. I've had dogs since I was young, and have about 10 years of experience dog-sitting, walking, and training. All throughout junior high, high school, and college, I have offered dog-sitting services for neighbors and friends. I have cared for and trained my own dogs since they were pups - training and showing them in 4-H and AKC events. I also train and care for sled dogs. I have worked in veterinary clinics as an assistant in high school and college, and am currently a second-year vet student. I am comfortable giving medications, training puppies, and walking large dogs/dogs that pull a lot :) I am currently attending veterinary school, so I am available mostly on weekends! I will also potentially be available on some weekdays during holiday breaks! I am an animal-lover and have worked with a variety of different dog breeds and personalities :) I have learned that patience and gentleness are key. You and your animal always come first!

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a pre-teen, but fell in love with animal care fully in my junior year of high school, after I began volunteering at the Everett Animal Shelter. Since then, I have changed positions and worked as a post-surgery volunteer with PAWS, transporting and handling anesthetized animals after they underwent surgeries. This summer I am also interning at PAWS again, this time as a Foster Care Intern, where I manage the entire foster care system behind the scenes. Additionally, I have worked with large animals such as horses while volunteering, managed and milked dairy cattle, and took care of pigs as my job on the side. I will continue to grow my portfolio, as I am a Pre-Vet Animal Science major at Washington State University with the goal of becoming a veterinarian one day. I am currently on summer break in my hometown (Everett) and have pretty open availability. I intern at paws from 8am-12pm on Sundays & Mondays, and 12-5pm on Thursdays, but other than that, I am free for walks, house sitting, or drop ins! Safety is extremely important during both house sitting & walks! For walks, I like to make sure dogs stay on the side of the sidewalk away from the road, as well as being properly harnessed and equipped with essential needs like poop bags and water incase of an emergency. I also keep a sharp eye out for other dogs to steer clear from unwanted interactions. Additionally, during house sitting, outside doors stay locked at all times, and your pet is watched 24/7. No escapes will happen on my watch! I am open to following any other rules, expectations or suggestions you have regarding your pet & house’s safety!

About: I’ve taken care of a variety of animals since I was young. Anything from guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs, cats, etc. My family has had a variety of dogs, so I have extensive experience in caring for dogs of all ages. I have taken care of senior dogs with special care required regarding seizures and numerous medications. I’ve also assisted in training for younger dogs for basic tricks and potty training. I’m currently a PhD student, so I’m on campus around half the week! Weekends are very open/flexible for me, and I’m also available in the mornings/mid-day/nights. I would generally keep pets separate from my own, aside from other cats. They’d have their own space to decompress, but they would still receive lots of love!

I am currently working part- time as a veterinary assistant so I do have general veterinary care experience. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs ever since I was a young girl. Nieghbor’s, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and simply give their pet attention. I have had pet my entire life and have loved every single one. I have dog sat many of my neighbors and family friends dogs and cats, if it’s just letting them out to go to the bathroom or staying with them the entire week. About: I’ve always been bless to deal with all the family animals. I was always the walker, feeder, trainer, and the one that gave baths for them. I am a u of I graduate and have a lot of extra time in my hands. I was a student athlete for the last 4 years and am still super active and would love to help dogs get their energy out. About: Ever since I was a kid family and friends have trusted me to care for and check on their dogs. I love animals so much and I’ve only ever gotten good feedback. I am on my 4th year at WSU, majoring in wildlife ecology and conservation, so I have great basic knowledge and skills to care for animals! My class schedule allows me to take multiple breaks throughout the day on mon, wed, and fri. But my Tuesdays and Thursdays are strictly from 8am-12pm. I will also send my schedule if requested. Firstly I want to make you and your animal the most comfortable as possible so I would like to follow any schedule or routine as strictly as possible. If there isn’t a specific schedule then I will be open to anything you and your pet are comfortable with. I will take them out, play with them, cuddle with them, etc.
