Misael offered a meet and greet ahead of our booking, during which he made me feel very comfortable with his ability to care for my dogs. Misael was extremely personable and professional, and gave off the impression that he’d be able to tackle any issues that may arise with the dogs. From drop off to pick up, Misael provided photos and updates on the dogs and how they were doing, relieving any stress a pet owner might have. I can’t recommend him enough! He took such amazing care of my two dogs, and the service was absolutely wonderful. Excellent experience! We needed last minute overnight care for our two dogs and Kexin and Carlos were great. Very communicative and sent pictures/videos throughout, but also sent us home with a couple printed photos of our dogs enjoying their time. Their dog and cats were friendly with our dogs as well. Wow! Nancy is the best…Cooper (our part dog/part human labradoodle) had a great meet & greet and then felt right at home a couple weeks later when he stayed at “Camp Nancy.” We got several daily pics where Coop looked so at home. It is clear that Nancy is a total dog person and knows how to cater to just what your pet needs. Daily walks thru her neighborhood made Cooper happy. I would definitely recommend Nancy.
