Our situation was a little unusual because my cats and I have been displaced from our home due to a mold issue, and one of my boys, Jack, had already been experiencing health symptoms. My dog has Addison's disease. I was in Europe for 18 days and my Kashmir seemed like he might be having a crisis. Misael was SUPER communicative keeping me updated on exactly how Kash was doing. He coordinated with my son who I asked to go get him and take him to the vet and kept me in the loop while encouraging me to enjoy my trip. He checked in to see how Kash was doing when I got him home. If you have a dog with a medical condition, I would not hesitate to leave your baby with Misael. He is caring and treats your animals like his own.

So they say everything happens for a reason and boy is it true in this instance! After our previous Rover sitter canceled on us after we had confirmed the week with her we were in a bit of a panic…and then I found Haley!! And we are so incredibly thankful that we did!! She and her amazing family took such great care of my dad’s dog Rocco, she sent lots of pictures and updates and there wasn’t one time on our vacation that we felt nervous or worried about him. Wow! Nancy is the best…Cooper (our part dog/part human labradoodle) had a great meet & greet and then felt right at home a couple weeks later when he stayed at “Camp Nancy.” We got several daily pics where Coop looked so at home. It is clear that Nancy is a total dog person and knows how to cater to just what your pet needs. Daily walks thru her neighborhood made Cooper happy. I would definitely recommend Nancy.
