My dog has Addison's disease. I was in Europe for 18 days and my Kashmir seemed like he might be having a crisis. Misael was SUPER communicative keeping me updated on exactly how Kash was doing. He coordinated with my son who I asked to go get him and take him to the vet and kept me in the loop while encouraging me to enjoy my trip. He checked in to see how Kash was doing when I got him home. If you have a dog with a medical condition, I would not hesitate to leave your baby with Misael. He is caring and treats your animals like his own.

I’m very disappointed to say the least. I picked up my dog after 4 days and he looked like he had been beaten up. He has abrasions on his face and blood under his collar. His whole body was covered in hives, especially his head which was very noticeable. When questioned, Misael said he didn’t notice anything! I had to go to urgent care and they treated him for a serious allergic reaction with steroids and antibiotics for the hot spots he had created during to the itching. So after spending several hundreds of dollars to board him, I also spent $407 at urgent care ent care. I will NEVER board my dog with a stranger again!
