I would absolutely trust Lara to care for Patch again!”

About: While I've had pets my entire life, I've professionally cared for the animals of others for nearly 10 years. While I was in the Army, I fostered for a local rescue and did the basic training and socialization for young, abandoned puppies to get them ready for forever homes. While pursuing my BS of Animal Science at ISU (Class of '19) I worked at Lloyd Veterinary Medical Hospital with equines of all ages, and spent several years as professional Animal caretaker working at the USDA with small animals. I have experience with dogs and cats, young and old, as well as rodents and other small animal pets, geckos, and freshwater aquarium fish. I am semi-retired, and work my own hours part time so schedule is flexible and it's easy for me to fit your pet(s) into my daily life Your pets will be most comfortable in their own environment, and I am committed to caring for them in a way most similar to what they are accustomed to.

“Natalie is great- super sweet and very reliable! She dropped in daily to take care of my two kitties while I was out of town for an entire week. She was very responsive when I messaged her a couple of details I had forgotten while I was away. She consistently checked in around 11am every day, even though I told her I didn't really care if she stuck to that time or wanted to be more flexible. I hope to work with Natalie again in the future, and 10/10 would recommend!”

About: I am a veterinary student beginning this Fall at UGA, and also have been a veterinary assistant locally for the past 3 years. I have plenty of experience in basic care such as potty breaks, but can also administer medication and watch out for concerning symptoms! I have dog-sat for the veterinarian I work for, and many friends! I will be in veterinary school with a full-time schedule during the week. I am happy to provide morning and evening checks, but a 3rd visit is not guaranteed during the week. I am very available on weekends! I won’t be providing care in my home, however, will provide gentle care in my clients homes. I have set a radius close to my own house, so there will be minimal use of anything in yours other than caring for your pet!

“Lindsay was wonderful with my cat! She arrived promptly on time, followed directions to a T and even went above and beyond by spending a little extra time playing with and brushing my cat. I would absolutely trust my sweet pet in her care again!! Thank you Lindsay!!!”

“Nevaeh was absolutely FANTASTIC! Mila absolutely LOVED her & with my hesitancy of leaving Mila with someone we’d never met - Nevaeh was truly a godsend. She made me & my husband feel so comfortable leaving one of our most prized possessions with her. We 100% will book her again & we’ve already started recommending her to our family & friends. We truly can’t say thank you enough! We look forward to our next booking. Thank you SO much Nevaeh!”

About: I have had pets all my life. I have had dogs, cats, goats, fish, turtles, deer, squirrels! You name it and I’ve probably had it. I am a frequent volunteer at the Athens Clarke County Animal Shelter. I love giving some much needed attention to the sweet animals while they wait for their fur-ever homes! Let me take care of your babies! I’ll treat them just like my own. I am a teacher, so I am back at school during the weekdays. I will be at work from 7:30-3:30 but am happy to care for pets before I leave for work and immediately when I return home. I am happy to come to your home and care for your pet in their space. I am also willing to come and give walks and potty breaks throughout the day if that’s what you want. On the weekends I am willing to do boarding.

“Mattie was amazing to take care of our pets during the storm. She calmed them down and went the extra mile to take the dog on a walk during the breaks to stretch her doggie legs. Mattie also made sure our house was ok during the storm.”

About: I am an experienced dog owner and sitter. I grew up in a family that always had pets, including cats and dogs, and have owned multiple dogs since living on my own. Currently, I have one small chiweenie and regular dogsit dogs including Cocker Spaniels, Golden Retrievers, and Great Pyrenees. Shy or nervous rescue pets are no problem! I can handle any dog big or small, high energy, timid, low energy, giant breeds, counter surfers, etc. Pets with medical issues are welcome as I have experience taking care of dogs and cats with a variety of issues who’ve needed everything from shots throughout the day or diaper changes or to receive mobility assistance. I also have experience caring for chickens if you need someone to care for your chicks. I work full-time, but I am done at 4:30PM every weekday except for Friday - on Fridays, I am done at 1 PM. I also have flexibility in my schedule, so I can stop by to take care of any needs during the day or work from home if a pet needs additional care. I am up early every morning to give pets plenty of time to eat and play before leaving. When I get home, the first thing I do is let pets out to potty and to play. Throughout the evening, there is plenty of time for walks and playtime before bed. . First and foremost, I will strive to match or mimic the care and routine you give your pets at home. With a fenced in yard, your pet will have a safe place to potty and play. There are also many parks nearby to take your pet on walks or provide them with socialization. Pets are able to climb on furniture, sleep on my bed, and have mostly free rein of the house — my home is their home while we’re here. However, I have a pet gate I can put up and experience crating pets (as well as crate training dogs) for any pet who can’t be left free to roam.

About: I’m currently 21 years old, and I’ve had a shih tzu since I was 10! My dog has some little quirks (like needing some extra help and encouragement to go through doors in the house and only eating her food out of a very specific bowl), so if your dog has any quirks too, I’m happy to accommodate anything they need! I’ve only ever had a small dog myself, but I’ve volunteered at a shelter and walked dogs of all sizes (yorkie to husky). I’m a college student at Purdue, but this summer I’m at home taking some online classes, babysitting, etc., so I have some extra time to help care for your dog anytime! My dog is like a member of my family, so I understand the importance of a safe and caring environment. When someone is taking care of my dog, I appreciate regular updates, so I would be happy to do that for you as well while caring for your dog!

About: I have been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember, primarily dogs, but my experiences also include caring for cats, a bird, a rabbit, guinea pigs, and a gecko. I believe that providing care and compassion for animals is essential, as they deserve the same love and attention that we extend to humans. I have 3 small dogs of my own, my work schedule is flexible so I’m able to go home and let them out and play during the day. I care for them as if they were my own, a lot of love and snuggles and a lot of play outside! I think it’s important to show them the most attention

About: I have been taking care of my family's dogs my whole life! My dog, Boston, is my whole world. I have been a dog walker and house sitter for family, friends, and neighbors, and would love to take care of your pets! I am home from college for the summer and would love to meet some new pet friends. I currently do not have much else going on and am pretty available. I am caring and responsible. I can feed, walk, cuddle, and crate your dog. I am experienced with dogs with special needs such as diapers. I would love to keep your pets company while you are away

About: My experience consists of watching family and friends dogs and occasionally cats. I had a small yorkie with hip dysplasia and cushings that required meds frequently and I had a black lab mix that has also passed away, who was blind in one eye and deaf. I offer companionship and exercise for your pets when you're away. I can help with training, taking them for long walks, going to the restroom, administering medications, or just being an awesome petter for your puppy (because all dogs are puppies, no matter how old). I usually work the weekends from 8-4pm, but am usually up very early and can walk your dog as early as 5am if needed. During the week I can stop by and check or walk your pet in the morning or afternoon. Wed-Sun I can watch/walk them at night as well. When I walk my dogs, I prefer them to be in a harness for their comfort and safety. I make sure to watch the dogs closely, so if I see any signs of stress, I will promptly remove them from the situation. During the summer months especially, I will make sure to walk them early in the morning or in well shaded areas to make sure their paws are well protected from the hot pavement. I carry a dog water bottle with me on my walks, so they always have access to clean water if needed. When dog sitting, I take them out constantly, offer lots of playtime and stimulation while there, and always make sure the area is clean.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets for 13 years for neighbors, a kennel and various vet clinics. Taking care of people’s pets is my passion. I am currently working full time as a registered vet technician at a animal hospital. The weekends are a lot better but I can be flexible during the week. You can trust I will take excellent care of your fur babies in your home. I will send pictures to show how they are doing.

“My dogs absolutely LOVED Rachael! My mastiffs can be a handful but she managed them with no problems. Rachael was also really great at communicating and following directions about my dogs' particular needs. If I travel near her again, I will definitely seek to rebook with her.”

“I can't say enough good things about Lilly! From the moment we met, I knew my dog Sadie was in excellent hands. She took the time to get to know Sadie and made sure every visit was full of love, exercise, and attention. I received daily updates with photos and sweet notes, which made being away so much easier. Sadie can be a little shy at first, but Lilly was incredibly patient and gentle, and now she gets tail wags and happy zoomies at every visit! It's such a relief knowing my dog is safe, happy, and cared for like family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lilly to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and professional dog sitter. Thank you, Lilly, for treating Sadie like your own! — Suzanne D”
