“Wonderful walker who was chill around my energetic Golden and was able to manage his excitement. Carolina took great pics of Captain and really captured who he is on his walks, happy with a stick and running joyful. That let me know he enjoyed his time with Carolina and was comfortable with her — we will be rebooking!”

About: Animals run my world to say the least. Starting young and bringing everything home as a child. Snakes, turtles, ferrets, stay dogs. Everything became part of the family. As I got older the passion grew even further. Expanding to wolves, tigers, lions and more. Now also having a pack of 4 pups at home and a very spoiled kitty. Along with a few reptiles. Currently working part time having plenty of time to help take care of yours companions. I have a flexible schedule and I’m happy to work around you and your pets needs. Crating available if need for transport. Also along with chew proof leashes originally build for wolves with steal cables for even the most talented escape artist your pet is safe.

About: I have taken care of pets and been around them since I was 5. My family and friends usually rely on me to watch over their pets when they are gone. I am currently in high school and I also play sports. I am free on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). I can most likely make my schedule a little more flexible if needed. I have a fenced in yard and a VERY friendly dog that will he keep your furry buddy company. I am also able to commute very easily.

About: I moved to Florida permanently a couple of months ago, but I know the area because my parents have lived here multiple years. I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life, and caring for animals has always been second nature to me. In 2015, I adopted my very own black cat, Louie, from a kill shelter in Texas, which deepened my passion for animal rescue and care. During college in Chicago, I gained hands-on experience working at animal shelters, where I learned valuable skills in handling and caring for different breeds and temperaments. I’m comfortable using gentle leaders as well as standard leashes, ensuring safe and positive walking experiences for dogs. Currently, I share my home with four cats and two dogs, and I truly love working with animals—it’s something that brings me joy and purpose every single day. I’m currently working part time from home, so I have plenty of availability to drop-in, take a walk, or even hang out with furr friends. I’m available: M, Tu, Wed, Fri, Sat from 7:30am-6pm Th, Sun from 7:30am-5pm *special requests may be considered if I happen to be available When taking walk or going outside, I take the safety of any dog seriously and have experience distracting dogs or leading them away from anything that may cause a problem to arise.

About: I have owned and cared for dogs my whole life. I also know how important it is to be able to leave my pets with someone who is caring, kind, and safe. Pets are family but sometimes we need to leave them with sitter. I will care for the pups I care for as my own. I have a fenced yard where they can play. Arlington Park a few blocks away for walks. I am recently retired RN. I wake looking forward to care for my two small dogs and am available to open our home to another small dog. I keep my boarding to a single dog or will care for two from same home. I have a complete fenced yard and will be able to crate dog if necessary. Constant care. Never leave them outside by themselves. My dogs are allowed on furniture and sleep with me. The visiting dog will be able to as well if ok with owner.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 12 years old, and it’s something I’ve always loved. Over the years, I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes—from 5 lb lap dogs to 100 lb big pups—and I enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality. I’ve done everything from overnight stays to daily walks and fun trips to the park, making sure every dog feels safe, happy, and loved while their owner is away. Caring for pets is second nature to me, and I always treat them like part of my own family. I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. This allows me to dedicate consistent time to caring for pets, whether it’s walks, playtime, or overnight stays, and ensures I can give each animal the attention and care they deserve. When caring for pets, I prioritize their safety, comfort, and happiness. In their home, I follow any routines or instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, medications, and exercise. I make sure to give plenty of attention, playtime, and walks as needed, while keeping the environment clean and secure. When pets are in my care at my home, I provide a safe and welcoming space with supervision, toys, and lots of love, making sure they feel comfortable and cared for just like they would at home.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs, always at least 3 at a time and all sizes and shapes. What else to say… I just love dogs. 😊 I’m working nighttime and ready to take care of your pet every day after 9 am. I can come morning and/or afternoon, once or twice a day. I will come and look around first to make sure it’s clean and I will check the water and the food. Then I will take your pet or a walk and play a bite with his own toys and I’ll have some with me.

“Her kind, caring way with our shy dog Beau was wonderful. As soon as they left the house, he warmed right up to her. She’s very communicative and tries to make the time you need for a walk work. I am sure we will be booking her again.”

About: Hello! My name is Brooke. I work full time in health care but have also been working as a part time pet sitter for Rover for over 4 years now. Outside of Rover, I have pet sat for 10+ years and have a lot of experience with pets of all breeds/sizes and pets with specific individualized care and/or medical needs. I also have two kitty fur babies of my own, Potato and Charlotte. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets while you're away or in need of extra help! =) I pride myself on caring for your fur babies the same way that I care for my own. I always provide daily updates with multiple photos (unless you prefer not to receive them) and am quick to respond if you need anything or just want to check in. I am proficient and comfortable administering medications including insulin injections, oral medications, and breathing nebulizer/inhaler treatments for pets. Please message with any pet sitting requests or questions you may have. I am currently also accepting requests for Thanksgiving and Christmas week if you are planning on traveling for the holidays and need a petsitter while away. I am a resident physician completing my medical residency currently. My schedule varies week to week based on which service I am working. Drop in visits and dog walking requests during the week days are limited to early morning and evening times only (no midday visits available). That same availability applies to any weekend days that I am working or if I am off, then I am able to provide up to 3 visits (morning, afternoon, evening). Please reach out with any scheduling requests or questions. I care for all animals the same way that I care for my own, with lots of attention and love =). I also try to keep all animals routines as consistent as I can while you are away so I aim to do feedings, walks, bathroom breaks, etc around the same schedule that they're used to when you're with them.

“So lucky to find such a great friend for my dog Shadow. Great communication, on time, in control, and great with dogs. I felt comfortable that Caroline was with my dog while I was gone. I will absolutely use Caroline as long as she is available!”

About: I take the time to bond with each dog, earning their trust and making them feel safe, loved and understood. I adapt my approach to each dog’s personality, energy level and needs, whether it’s a playful pup who needs exercise or a senior dog who just wants gentle companionship. I’m currently working part-time as a realtor so I have a flexible schedule and can work around my clients schedules and needs as directed with notice. I live in a condo with two kittens so I will most likely be sitting at the client’s home. I will care for the pets as directed by the client, providing them photos and details of my time with their pets.

About: Hi! My name is Sam, and I’m a former dog rescuer with a lifelong love for animals. Dogs and cats have always been a part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. When your pet is with me, their happiness, safety, and well-being are my top priority. I’ll treat them like family—whether that means belly rubs, playtime, long walks, or simply making sure they feel safe and loved. Thank you so much for considering me to care for your furry friend! 😊 I am very flexible and will try my best to be there when needed. You can count on me! Especially during summer, I am pretty much available all the days and most of the times. Your dog’s safety always comes first, and I’ll make sure they feel secure, loved, and cared for. I provide comforting company and thoughtful attention to all of your dog’s needs.

About: I have thoroughly enjoyed taking care of different dogs from a variety of breeds and ages for most of my life. Neighbors, friends, and family know that they can rely on me to care for their fur babies! I have also worked on a farm with a variety of different animals including puppies along with working for a dog walking company. I am a spiritual life coach in the process of expanding my business. I work from home and am my own boss which gives me a lot of flexibility in creating my schedule. I do have time slots when i'm working with clients but besides that I am able to be quite flexible based on your needs. I love to connect with the pets ahead of time to get to know their personality along with meeting the parents and seeing if i'm a good fit. I care for pets in my client’s home and learn what the pets’ essential needs are and what I should do when they demonstrate certain behaviors.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the deep, lifelong bond I’ve had with animals — especially my own. I’ve had pets my whole life, and most recently cared for my 16-year-old Yorkie (almost 17!) who had kidney disease. He was truly like my child, and during his final chapter, I gave him incredibly loving, one-on-one care every single day. That experience gave me not just senior dog care skills, but a deep understanding of patience, gentleness, and being fully present. I know how much pets mean to us — they’re family — and I treat every animal I care for with that same level of love and attention. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I truly enjoy it — and I’m very flexible and open with my schedule. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, or overnight care depending on what your pet needs. Whether it’s a midday walk or a weekend stay, I’m happy to adjust to what works best for you and your furry baby. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or visiting yours, I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have a fully fenced backyard and a pet-friendly home, so pets staying with me will have space to play and relax. I’m also happy to follow any routines or special instructions — feeding, medications, crate use, you name it. If I’m in your home, I treat it with respect and do everything I can to make your pet feel at ease while you’re away. I’m very adaptable and just want your pet to feel happy and cared for wherever they are.

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life and recently started watching pets for my friends & neighbors. I enjoy being with animals and making sure they are happy and pampered. I'm retired and I have a very flexible schedule to take care of your pets any time you need. Days, nights, weekends, holidays and overnight stays welcome. Whatever your pet needs to stay healthy and active I can accommodate. Walking, playing, scooping, feeding, watering, and dosing meds plus a daily update with photo.

Gabrielle K.
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – The Absolute Best Dog Sitter! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gabi Knitter and the way she cares for my dog, Lola. From the moment they met, Gabi treated Lola like her own—full of love, patience, and genuine affection. It’s rare to find someone who not only likes dogs, but truly understands them. Gabi gets it. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, or just snuggling on the couch, Gabi makes sure Lola is happy, safe, and loved every second I’m away. She communicates regularly, sends the cutest updates, and always goes above and beyond—whether it’s adjusting her schedule or picking up on Lola’s little quirks. Honestly, leaving your pet with someone can be stressful—but with Gabi, it’s complete peace of mind. She’s a total natural, incredibly responsible, and has the kindest heart. Lola adores her, and so do I. If you’re lucky enough to book Gabi to care for your dog, don’t think twice. She’s amazing.”

Daelia C.
“Daelia was a regular walker for our lab/pit mix, while my husband and I worked as night shift nurses. Not only was Daelia extremely reliable, she maintained great communication with every visit, and went above and beyond to show our sweet pup love and attention. She frequently spent extra time playing with our pup, especially on days with bad weather when she couldn't be outside for very long. We were heartbroken when Daelia said she was moving and she is without a doubt someone we would recommend to watch your furry loved one.”

Erica C.
“Erica is amazing with animals. She goes above and beyond for her pets. Erica provided a wonderful life for her Yorkie of 17 years. He was loved and well taken care of. She also has tons of experience watching many of her friends and relatives pets and treats them as if they are her own. I can't think of anyone better than her to watch your pets. You can absolutely count on her to give them as much love and attention as they deserve.”

Albert U.
“Al stayed at our home to dog-sit for 10 days. He provided us with up-dated and funny antidotes as well a photos, while we were travelling. Our dogs were happy and healthy when we returned. The dogs slept with him, and they became best buddies. Al is a caring pet lover, and takes his responsibilities very seriously. We would definitely hire Al again.”
