About: I grew up with dogs in my household, small and larger. I was fortunate enough to be raised in a family where outdoor activities were a common occurrence. We would snowshoe with the dogs in the winter and take them to the lake in the summer. Currently, I have a senior dog named Kota, who is almost 11 and has arthritis. These days, we tend to have shorter walks on more flat trails but still love to get outside for some activity. I also have a 7-year-old beagle who is still very energetic and active. I do have to adapt to each dogs needs and take pride in being in tune with my dogs and how they are feeling. I do have a job outside of pet sitting but I am flexible with my schedule due to the nature of my work, I will always try to accommodate to the best of my ability. About: I have had dogs my entire life. A couple cats in my wild years. If a million dollars fell in my lap I would open a pit bull rescue My schedule is pretty open at the moment. I am in the guest service/ hospitality industry and it’s slow season. If a check in or sit was scheduled it would be priority. About: I'm 18 years old but I've taken care of all sorts of animals my entire life, cats, dogs, lizards, you name it! I've also had 6 dogs and 1 cat myself, which have all grown up and old in a happy and fun environment! I do not live in a neighborhood, so i have a large fenced yard along with about 4 acres of field to play in, along with a lake near me for hot summer days. Given all of the pets i've taken care of, I have great experience in dogs and cats of all ages, puppies, senior dogs, etc. I am currently a senior in high school at Glacier, however I only have 3 classes to attend in the morning and am out by 11 AM everyday! Along with school i work a job Wednesday and Thursday nights, but im home around dinner time each night. As you can see i have a very open schedule that is easy to work with, and i am home most of my days which is perfect to watch your animals. I'm using my love for animals as a little source of income until the end of summer before i head off to college! I have a large fenced and protected yard with an easily accessible dog door on both the top and bottom floor of my home. I do have two of my own fur babies, but they are trained and are used to being around all different types of dogs. However, if your dog/ cat is not good with other dogs and cats I am able to keep them separated by the floors in my house, so that would be no problem.

About: I worked as a dog groomer for 12 years. This experience helped me be able to understand pets needs very quickly after meeting them. I also use that experience with my current job. I currently have goats, chickens, ducks, dogs and cats. Loving animals and understanding there needs is what I really enjoy. I currently work a 4-day work week which leaves my 3 day weekends available to house sit as well as check on animals or take them for walks. Although at this time I am unable to watch at our place, only because we are renting, when I have watched dogs in the past, they quickly become part of our family. Working with dogs for 10 years it has helped me to be able to understand their body language and over all make them feel more comfortable while they are away from their owners. I have learned a lot of tips and tricks on how to keep them busy and always keep them exercised while being away. I know not all dogs are the same, which why I love working with dogs.

About: My senior dog is constantly active which is surprising so I try and keep him as busy as possible. Some of the other older dogs I take my time with while taking them on walks. If they walk extremely slow. Other dogs tend to sniff everything which I have patience for. When a dog brings me a toy it’s an indicator for me to play with them. I work Monday through Friday so weekends are best. I take care of my own dog throughout the week with my significant other watching him on the weekends when I’m not home. I walk my dog multiple times a day knowing it’s a good way to keep him active. In my own home I watch my dog when he eats. He has 2 teeth when we adopted him so when he eats his food, I watch him very carefully. Anytime I’m not home I put on a YouTube video for dogs so he has some sound. When it comes to other animals I’ve watched, if it’s a full day I would prefer not to leave them alone. Taking them out multiple times a day and of course plenty of love!
