About: I have been trusted as a caregiver for dogs of all sizes & needs since I was a little girl. I grew up with multiple dogs in the home and as an adult I have raised both Rottweilers and Pitbulls of my own, as well as fostered several dogs with behavioral issues that have since been adopted. I have studied a lot on how to manage dogs with behavioral issues and my friends and family often bring their dogs to stay with me just so I can help train them. I promise to provide a stable and safe environment where your dog will thrive & you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I work mostly from home so my schedule is flexible and I’ll be able to accommodate what your dog needs. My pit bull has been spoiled with visits to parks and hiking almost every day for the last 4 years since adopting him & I treat every dog in my care as my own. I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly pitbull that loves to run & play. It’s a pretty decent sized yard, and I also live in close proximity to the Katy trail which makes it easy to take them on walks as well. My dog doesn’t stay in a cage, so he will be there to keep yours company anytime I’m away, but I will accommodate your dogs needs however is necessary as well.

“Cara dog sat for our family in August 2024. This is the first time we have left our dog with a sitter outside the family. Cara went above and beyond with our boy. He got suddenly sick and she communicated and sent us photos of him and made a special diet. Cara acted fast and we quickly got him on the mend. We knew we were in good hands with our entire family being out of the country. Cara sent photos and videos almost every day. About: I have been dog/cat sitting for neighbors/friends for over 15 years. I grew up with 2 Labrador Retrievers and a Morkie, and eventually adopted cats when I was in high school. I work in human healthcare and feel very comfortable administering medications to all types of pets! I currently work Monday-Thursday 7a-5p and would be available for early morning or evening drop ins. As I have 3 day weekends every week, I have a lot of free time to care for your pets on those extended weekend getaways! Not currently accepting animals in my own home as my apartment does not allow it - but I have years of experience pet sitting, house sitting, and babysitting in other people’s homes!
