I provide dependable walks, drop-in visits, daycare, and overnight boarding in a safe, loving environment where your pets feel comfortable, happy, and right at home. My goal is for your dog to feel comfortable here and for you to feel confident leaving your dog with me. I’ve been around dogs for many years and truly enjoy caring for them. I understand that each dog is unique, so I keep things simple, comfortable, and as close as possible to what they’re used to at home. I have experience with senior dogs and special-needs pets, and with administering both oral and injectable medications. When your dog stays with me, they’ll receive plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, supervised yard time, playtime, and moments to relax. I also send photo and message updates so you can see how they’re doing while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule and can often accommodate your dog’s routine. I aim to keep feeding times, potty breaks, walks, playtime, rest, and medication schedules as close as possible to what they're used to at home. For boarding, dogs get regular outdoor time in the fenced yard, attention throughout the day, and a relaxed space to rest. . I maintain a clean, non-smoking home with a fenced backyard where dogs can play outside safely. Before a stay, I like to learn about your dog, including their feeding schedule, sleeping habits, medications, and interactions with other dogs. I introduce dogs slowly and pay close attention to how each dog is feeling. I don’t force dogs to interact if they prefer to have their own space. I run a home-based training and boarding small business on our property in Bertram, Texas. I specialize in behavior modification, obedience, puppy development, and service dog training, so caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and needs is something I do every single day. Dogs staying with me aren’t just kenneled and rotated like traditional boarding facilities. Dogs will receive proper mental and physical exercise throughout the day (based on their breed, age, energy level, etc.). I do crate all dogs for decompression time throughout the day and for sleeping time. Dogs will be allowed to socialize and play with other animals on the property unless otherwise specified or showing reactivity or aggression. I have 2 dogs to help keep your pups happy. Lola is the friendliest girl with lots of energy and an unrelenting desire to make new friends everywhere she goes. Rocky, is a retired police k9 who has the perfect balance of energy and calmness to welcome any new pup into our home. I routinely let them outside to play and use the restroom at a minimum of once every 2 hours. My pets are allowed anywhere in the house. It is two stories with multiple rooms so there are always places for them to have space if they need it. There are plenty of beds, toys, and friends to play with while they are here! I do have two large kennels that I never use, but if your pet prefers to sleep in a kennel in its own space, I am happy to provide that for them. Otherwise, they will be free to relax wherever they would like.

I know meeting a new sitter can feel like a big step, so I'm always happy to do a meet-and-greet beforehand if that puts you more at ease — but I also know it's not necessary for everyone, so I leave that totally up to you. While your dog is with me, I'll send regular photo and text updates so you can see exactly how they're doing. One thing I bring that a lot of sitters don't: years of caring for an English bulldog. Bulldogs need a close eye kept on their breathing and overall comfort, and that habit has stuck with me — I watch every dog in my care just as closely, whatever the breed. Once you've taken care of an English bulldog, honestly, every other breed feels easy by comparison.
