About: My husband and I have been lifelong animal lovers—we’ve both grown up with dogs and cats and have raised everything from puppies and kittens to rabbits, guinea pigs, and even chickens! We’re experienced with animals of all ages and temperaments, including both playful pups and senior pets who need a more gentle touch. We’re comfortable administering medication, whether it’s pills, drops, or special treatments. One of the unique things about our home is that our daughter currently trains in dog agility and is happy to work with your pet on fun skills or basic obedience during their stay. We have two sweet, well-behaved dogs—a Golden Doodle and a Schnoodle—who love meeting new friends. Our large, fully fenced backyard offers plenty of safe space for exercise and play. Plus, our kids adore animals and help provide lots of attention and affection. Your pet will feel like a part of the family here! Our family homeschools our kids, so someone is almost always home. This means your pet will rarely be left alone for more than an hour or so between kids activities. They will get plenty of attention, care, and interaction throughout the day. From morning walks and backyard playtime to midday cuddles and evening wind-downs, pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. With multiple people around who love animals, your pet will feel like part of the family the whole time they’re with us. Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. In our home, we maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment with a large, fully fenced backyard for secure playtime and plenty of room to run. Our two friendly resident dogs are up to date on vaccines and love meeting new companions—but we always supervise introductions to ensure everyone gets along. We follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, crate training, and medication if needed. Whether your dog is energetic or needs a quiet space to relax, we have the flexibility to accommodate their needs. We never leave pets unsupervised outside, and we offer separate areas for dogs who need their own space.

About: I am passionate about taking care and giving your dog the extra love, care, exercise (and a couple treats with your permission) they deserve when life gets hectic to make sure they are happy and healthy! I've been a Rover customer but now I have some extra free time to help out other folks like yourself! And what better way to spend down time than getting to spend time outside with the pup or pups?!? Unfortunately I don't offer day care in my home because I don't have a fenced in backyard and I only want the best experience for your pets but if they ever want a walking partner my dog Luck will happily tag and wag along with new fur-ends

In the future I would like to work with law enforcement animals, so your business will (hopefully) help me in the future! I work part time coaching soccer at schools/parks in the Gaston County area. I normally work mornings, but starting in the fall will work the occasional weekday afternoon. Despite working in the mornings, I can still attend to your dogs in the morning Normally I will talk to the owner and spend time with the animal before I decide how I’m going to handle it. All animals are different, some need more outside time while some may just want to lay around all day

I’m a certified (retired) dog groomer, and also have an equine science certification (proud horse girl!). I’ve worked in grooming shops, daycares, as well as for other dog walking companies. I have three cats, a dog, and a crested gecko myself. I’m very passionate about pet care and can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I try to be as flexible as I can be, and am always willing to work with certain schedules! I do have a few prior commitments in my daily life but can be flexible as mentioned. I am ALWAYS extremely diligent in monitoring animal behavior, and even take note of what their bathroom patterns are. I also do all of my own cats nails, and haircuts (and my dog’s as well!). I’m very in tune with all of their needs!

About: I have watched dogs and cats, including a variety of pets large to small, senior to puppy. Over a decade of experience. I have a dog of my own, grew up with dogs and use to live with a cat. I have experience with training too. I work from home, have a very flexible schedule and can drop in or walk a dog anytime a day within 24 hours notice. Open to walks, potty breaks, or belly rubs! I have my own 6 yr old springer spaniel, that stays with me when I’m at home. I will not bring him into your home.

About: I grew up having dogs my whole life, owning my own and helping to care for my neighbors' and friends' pets when they went on vacation. I have always had a love for animals and love spending time taking care of dogs and cats. I am a student at Belmont Abbey College and, with my current class setup, have plenty of time during the morning, day, and night to take care of pets. I am entirely free on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends to take care of any pets needing care. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, there will be a small timeframe during the day when I have class, and I would have to leave them alone for two hours, but I could return to them immediately after. I can spend nights caring for animals and with them out or crated if need be. I don't mind taking them out for plenty of walks if they have a lot of energy, playing with toys, or just chilling out if they prefer that.
