My son is out of town and she went to his apartment to check on his cat, Luna. Luna is extremely shy and rarely comes out for anyone — she barely comes out for me — but Valerie was so patient and gentle with her. She stayed with Luna, sent me photos and updates, and even cleaned out a very unpleasant litter box that I truly didn’t expect anyone to deal with. That alone meant so much. You can immediately tell she has a genuine love for animals and such a kind, caring soul❤️. Valerie is recently retired and clearly does this because she truly loves animals, and it shows in the level of care she gives. I cannot say enough good things about her!! About: I started in the pet industry in 1999. I managed for Jacks Aquarium & Pets for 10 years. I was the livestock manager at Feeders Supply Fairborn. I also train Horses professionally and have been a member of the local dog obedience club. In addition to extensive training experience, I have a lot of medical experience and have no problem taking care of special needs animals. Also happy to sit for livestock and exotics. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in grad school. Mainly took care of medium to large dogs, from puppies to 10+ years old. I have a 2 year old GSP named Miles who keeps me occupied most of the time. I work 7:30-3:30 most days during the week (regular full time job). But my weekends are usually open. I do quite a few different activities to keep my little guy occupied (and I think your pup will like them too). Activities include fetch, running, hiking, some scent work, etc. I have a 7 foot tall vinyl fence that my little guys loves to play in. I mostly keep hard chew toys around and plenty of treats.

“My beloved terriers are, unfortunately, double trouble, and I've been worried that I'd never find a petsitter willing to deal with them. One is a Jack Russell terrier (enough said!), and the other is some kind of chihuahua mix rescue. The rescue is terrified of everything and everybody; Liesa took special care to build trust and assure my rescue that she was safe. My rescue also refuses to walk in wet grass, and it rained the whole time I was away! When it rains, she holds her urine and does her business on the sly on a throw rug. Liesa dealt with the situation beautifully, changing out soiled rugs with clean ones at each visit. I couldn't be more pleased!”

About: I have had animals since as far back as I can remember. When I was a kid I wanted to be a vet I love all animals, I own a standard poodle myself. I have over 30 years of experience can work with training, leash pulling, etc as well I currently work as a spark driver an I have a small baking at home business I am working on making successful. I have plenty of time to make sure your fur babies are well taken care of. I have years of experience caring for an array of animals from dogs and cats, to reptiles small mammals, and fish. My animals are spoiled my poodle is known as the princess. I think animals should be respected an cherished we don’t understand the amount of love an help they bring us.
