My son is out of town and she went to his apartment to check on his cat, Luna. Luna is extremely shy and rarely comes out for anyone — she barely comes out for me — but Valerie was so patient and gentle with her. She stayed with Luna, sent me photos and updates, and even cleaned out a very unpleasant litter box that I truly didn’t expect anyone to deal with. That alone meant so much. You can immediately tell she has a genuine love for animals and such a kind, caring soul❤️. Valerie is recently retired and clearly does this because she truly loves animals, and it shows in the level of care she gives. I cannot say enough good things about her!! About: I’ve taken care of multiple dogs and cats my entire adult life. I currently actively train my dogs at a local Kennel Club and specialize in deaf dog training. I currently own an embroidery shop and work part time. I work my dogs and take care of my kiddos outside of that time. I always enjoy working dogs and helping others. Jennifer is the best! She looked after my 2 cats while I was away on a trip across the country. Neither had ever been without me before and one requires medication and can be a bit stubborn, so I wasnt positive how it would go, but Jennifer went above and beyond in doing everything possible to make sure they were beyond well cared for. She kept me informed on their well being and solicited feedback on administering meds when one got finicky. She sent lots of photos and the pictures with updates gave me so much peace of mind. You can tell she's very comfortable and loving with pets and treats them all as if she were looking after her own. I woul recommend booking with Jennifer to anyone!
Dorothy was fantastic! The meet and greet went great and she kept in communication the whole time we were gone. She was prompt about making sure the house was secure. Our cat normally roams outside, but she noticed he was hanging out under cars in the front, which is not normal, and she made sure to get him out from under and back inside. She was very nice and very responsible. We will def book her again.
Brooke was great!! I was so nervous using rover for the first time, she was a breeze to work with and made us feel very comfortable. I loved the rover cards, she kept us updated and was very communicative. Highly recommend, we will be working together again!
Brooke is amazing! Accepted my last-minute booking and arranged a meet & greet beforehand. Delta loved her right away & Brooke was very patient with her high energy jumping and affection! I felt totally comfortable leaving Delta in her care for a midday potty break while I had a very long day at work. Loved getting photos during her visit. Will absolutely book again if the need arrises!
Berke was great with our pets. We had a last minute rover change and he was so quick and willing to help watch over our boys. There were plenty of updates in both messages and photos, lots of fast communication, and he took care of my dog that needed medication. I would highly recommend him and will be happy to have him as a sitter again.
