“Jennifer is the best! She looked after my 2 cats while I was away on a trip across the country. Neither had ever been without me before and one requires medication and can be a bit stubborn, so I wasnt positive how it would go, but Jennifer went above and beyond in doing everything possible to make sure they were beyond well cared for. She kept me informed on their well being and solicited feedback on administering meds when one got finicky. She sent lots of photos and the pictures with updates gave me so much peace of mind. “Valerie was absolutely wonderful!!! She FAR exceeded my expectations! She responded to my request within an hour and had excellent communication with me the entire time. My son is out of town and she went to his apartment to check on his cat, Luna. Luna is extremely shy and rarely comes out for anyone — she barely comes out for me — but Valerie was so patient and gentle with her. She stayed with Luna, sent me photos and updates, and even cleaned out a very unpleasant litter box that I truly didn’t expect anyone to deal with. That alone meant so much. You can immediately tell she has a genuine love for animals and such a kind, caring soul❤️. About: I have been around cats all of my life and have experience in taking care of cats in every stage-from birth to the last breath. I also volunteer at animal shelters and have been around so many different cat personalities. “I was coming to a Dayton Ohio for work and I was bringing my mini golden doodle pup along. I needed someone trustworthy to watch my baby boy, Arlo. I came across Katherine’s profile and immediately had that instinct that she was the one 😊 she was accommodating to my over protective mommy needs and agreed to hop on a zoom call with me beforehand. She was warm, nice and kind. It also helped she has 3 adorable little fur baby girls too. For the 4 days I was here for work she would take care of Arlo for me all day. She was extremely responsive and would send me pictures and videos all day without me even having to ask. She has a nice big fenced in backyard that Arlo loved running around freely in all day. Each evening I would pick him up he was exhausted from having fun playing all day. (His besty was her dog, Vanilla) 😊 I cannot recommend Katherine enough. She made my experience great and worry free. About: My wife and I have been taking care of our dog and foster dogs for the past 6 years. We've taken care of dogs ranging in size of French bulldogs to Siberian huskies. We have experience with high maintenance dogs and giving medications as well. My wife and I currently work from home and have plenty of time to play and take care of your pups. During the week boarding availability is best in the evening after 5 but accommodations can be made if needed. Weekends are 100% free and open. “Wow! Incredible! I hesitate to leave an awesome review because she was so unlike any other sitter and I want her all for my dog. Hatsuki is on another level. I went to do an introductory meet and greet. Her house was immaculate, very clean and organized. Hatsuki had printed (let me say it again, she printed a sheet!) a profile of clutch so she can make notes about his needs. Again this was just a meet and greet, she also made a thumb drive with a tag that had clutch’s name. This was so she can give me all the pictures she would take including the ones she would send me as updates throughout the day. Thank you Hatsuki you were amazing!”
About: I have spent a lifetime caring for my own pets as well as rescuing animals. I think pets are an extremely important part of my livelihood and good mental health so I understand that your pet is an integral part of your family as well. I also understand that I am a guest in your pets home and will treat your home with the utmost respect and privacy. About: Hello there! My name is Abby and I am a 28 year old exotic animal keeper, as well as cats and dogs. I have several different species ranging from large snakes to chameleons. I can care for your exotic animals in my house, as I have a separate room for my own exotics. Dogs and cats that stay with me will have their own room and set up as well. I also can provide drop in visits for your furry friends. For cats, I provide toys, cat trees, cat beds, and a hammock. I ask that you bring their food, bowls, litter, and litter boxes and any other special items they may need. Same goes for any dogs :) I have worked as a foster for shelters in Columbus for three years as well, so I am used to providing 24/7 care for other animals. I work from home full time, so I am able to have a very flexible schedule. If you need your animal cared for in my home, I am able to provide that service. I get off of work in the early evening, which gives me plenty of time to do drop in visits after work. My yard is fenced in, which is great for your doggie kiddos. I also do not let my cats outdoors, so any cat staying with me will be safe in the home. I have a dedicated room in our home where I house all of my rover guests away from our pets. About: I’ve loved and cared for animals since I was a child. We have chickens/ducks, cats and dogs currently but have also had rabbits if you’re looking for someone with experience outside the norm. I can administer oral medications if necessary. I currently homeschool my two children so we’re home most of the day and evenings so adding in a pet is no problem at all. I have a fully fenced back yard and two dogs to keep yours company. I also have an extra large crate if requested to make your dog feel more comfortable.

About: I’ve worked with rescue dogs for several years, which has given me experience with puppies, seniors, and nervous dogs with different needs and personalities. About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work full time at UDRI (UD's Research Institute) from 8:30am - 3:30am. During the summer I won't be taking any in person classes, just two online. But when I return to UD for my final year, I will be taking classes again and may be slightly more limited. When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!

I currently own an embroidery shop and work part time. I work my dogs and take care of my kiddos outside of that time. I always enjoy working dogs and helping others. I have a privacy fenced in yard and am able to use my own transportation to pet sit as well. I am primarily available on weekends but feel free to send me any questions.
