Hey there! I recently relocated to Dayton and am looking for opportunities to spend as much time as possible with animals. I am fascinated by animal psychology and behaviour, and by how they learn and communicate. I regularly take my pups to dog classes in the evenings, go on long walks during the day and study online from home

I have three beautiful pets to keep your fur baby company, or I can separate them so your paw-friend has peace of mind and personal space. If you prefer to keep your sweet little one in the crate, we will make it a calm, relaxing experience with a yummy food puzzle and classical music in the background. When pet sitting at your place, I can follow your instructions and guidance to make sure the little paws have everything they need. I enjoy spending time teaching dogs good manners and new skills. We practice obedience training with my pups every day, and my cat just started learning new tricks too. If you like, I can create an individual training plan for your pet during their stay, or you can let me know what to work on, and I'll make sure your pup is receiving the training. Any training is welcome, from puppy training to obedience to learning new skills. Change is stressful and scary, so I will make sure your fur baby has enough attention, physical exercise and mental stimulation. I have plenty of interactive toys for busy-minded pups, as well as lots of ideas for healthy, long-lasting snacks, such as food puzzles, KONG toys, lick mats, and sniffle games. And I'm always open to trying new activities if our furry friend has a favourite toy or game

I have no preference when it comes to dog breeds; I genuinely believe that all dogs are intelligent. Dogs of all ages can learn new things, and they enjoy it, too. I am eager to learn about your furry friend's unique needs, interests, and behaviour so I can make this experience as fun as possible for them.

Our day usually starts with a nice stroll around the neighborhood with the pups, they get to do their business and check out the latest gossip on puppy social media. Once we're back, we all get some exercise in - one pup on the treadmill while the other practices being patient. After our workout, we have a little pampering session with nail filing, ear cleaning, and some spa therapy. Then it's time for breakfast, teeth brushing, and a well-deserved nap. If we have any furry visitors needing some extra attention, we have plenty of snuggles, massages, and tasty chews to offer. In the afternoons, we love going on long walks together, usually covering 5-10 miles. I enjoy listening to audiobooks while the pups explore new sights and sounds. When we get back home, we work on our doggie homework from training classes, learning new tricks and skills.

For the past 8 years, I have been involved in rescue work and have gained experience fostering dogs and cats of varying ages and personalities. I have also worked at a dog training facility, gaining more experience and knowledge of dogs' body language, needs, and training. From caring for newborn puppies to senior dogs, from fearful to playful, every experience has been fulfilling. I am a proud owner of three rescue fur babies who bring love and joy into my life every day. I will forever be grateful for all the lessons they taught me and continue teaching me every day about love, joy, compassion, appreciation and patience I believe in using positive reinforcement methods and showing patience and creativity when handling animals. I have deep respect for their unique personalities and always strive to ensure their safety and well-being, fostering positive associations and allowing them the freedom to make choices independently

Anna is a wonderful pet sitter. She did afternoon walks and in house overnight care for our goldendoodle. She connected with our dog right away. Anna is knowledgeable about dog behavior and you can see her passion from day one. Our dog is anxious when meeting new people. Anna was very sensitive to her needs and made her feel comfortable. Anna asked lots of questions and went above and beyond in caring for Kona’s every need. Anna took Kona on walks, played fetch, provided mental stimulation and provided lots of neck and ear rubs. She was excellent in keeping us updated on how Kona was doing. When we’ve left Kona in the past she typically eats and drinks much less. Kona was eating and drinking and very comfortable with Anna. We feel incredibly blessed to have found Anna to care for Kona. I can’t say enough positive things about her. I 100% recommend her to care for your pup!!!
Anya is great. She loves my dogs so much and takes such great care of them! She checks in with me constantly and sends pictures so I’m not missing too much. Having someone who can deal with my anxious dogs makes leaving them so much easier!
Anna was AMAZING! So thankful we were able to leave our dog with her. He always gets sick to stomach after/when we are gone. He had no problems!! With this I am certain she kept him calm and stress free! It was such a joy to have someone who understood his behavior and used effective ways to help him stay calm!
I hate to leave a review and share our secret spot but... Anna was amazing with our skittish/grumpy mini dachshund. She walked, played with, and even did training with her. We received many pictures and videos while we were away. Our dog received so much attention and toy play that she came home and slept for about 3 days! We will definitely use Anna again!
