Jordan is amazing! My first time using rover for my dogs and I was a bit nervous. I messaged Jordan and we met up for her to meet the dogs and right away I could tell she genuinely loves animals. Throughout the care she sent so many videos and pictures which helped me not feel anxious about me being away from my babies. I’ll definitely book with her again!
This was my first time using Rover, and I am so happy with the turn out. Lynn suggested doing a test run since Ash can be a little nervous, which I really appreciated as they got to meet before I had to go on my trip. It worked out perfectly and by the end, Ash was so comfortable that he was sitting next to her and even showing off his tricks. Knowing he was being fed, checked on, and cared for with so much patience and attention gave me real peace of mind. What a great experience.
Eric was an amazing sitter! He was reliable, great with communication, and sent the best pics of my kitties. When he went to drop off the keys, my cats ran up to him, so I definitely think they approve of him lol! I would recommend going with Eric, and I plan to use him again in the future.
Mia did an awesome job taking care of my dog over the weekend! Mia provided regular updates throughout the weekend and I could tell he was in very good hands from all of the photo updates. Mia even provide Wendell with a special bag of homemade dog treats at the end of the weekend. I will definitely be requesting to book her services again in the future!
Alexander was fantastic! He came over promptly for each drop-in and followed all directions perfectly. He let us know anytime there was a new development with our cat and gave plenty of attention and playtime for them while we were away. He took pictures of all the areas we asked him to watch for to keep us updated along the way. We're absolutely planning on having him watch our cat again in the future.
Absolutely loved having Erica check in on cat this week! She was so detailed in each visit describing what she did each day. We looked forward to every update including adorable pictures of them playing. She was so responsive and made the process extremely easy. Would defiantly book with Erica again!
