About: Hi, I'm Chelsea! I have many years of multi-animal experience, ranging from cats and dogs to fish and horses. If you have it, I'll care for it! I have the most experience in cats and dogs, having been a lifelong owner of both. I believe every animal is good, and using positive reinforcement techniques whenever necessary. I have experience administering medication! While I am working part time, I have flexibility in my schedule. With that being said, I can accommodate and spend time with your pet in the comfort of their home or provide drop-in visits- please contact me for more information. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
