I have the most experience in cats and dogs, having been a lifelong owner of both. I believe every animal is good, and using positive reinforcement techniques whenever necessary. About: Hello! I'm Jess - I'm from Northern California and moved to Maine last year. Growing up we always had dogs (and sometimes cats), so I learned to take care of pets from a young age. I was the go-to person in my neighborhood for pet-sitting and dog-walking. I look forward to meeting you & your fur babies! I'm currently only working through Rover, so my schedule is very flexible right now! I'm available for drop-ins, all-day stays and overnights, as well as for long-term pet-sitting in your home. I love making every animal feel cared for - from playing with them, going on long walks outside, providing pets and cuddles, giving them occasional treats, etc. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I also love to send little text and video updates, so you can check in on them while you're away. I've even done FaceTimes with pets and their owners!
About: Extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats, including feeding, walking, routine care, behavior monitoring, and maintaining safe, structured environments. I have been around pets my whole life. I just returned from Active Duty with the Marine Corps and am looking for work that will be fulfilling and I would enjoy. I am not currently pre-engaged with any other duties and would give my whole time and effort towards your fur family. I have two beagles, who are taken on runs everyday. We have a fenced in portion of the yard for them and they are given food and water at regular intervals throughout the day. I have three indoor cats, as well, who are taken care of in the same manner, to include changing out litter boxes and giving out treats.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
