“Leah is beyond amazing and all my fur babies loved her! She always kept in communication throughout the visits and sent me pictures and videos which made me feel so much better about leaving my babies in such good hands! Thank you Leah !!”

“Cassandra has been amazing! She clearly loves dogs and treats ours with so much care and affection. She’s reliable, communicative, and always goes the extra mile. We feel completely at ease knowing our dog is in such great hands. Highly recommend!”

“Eden is exceptionally reliable, communicative, and kind towards our boys!!! There has been a noticeable difference in our pup’s demeanor (he’s happier, more playful) but also in the way he handles on leash! I couldn’t be happier with Eden and I hope to be able to be her client for a very long time!”
“Thanks again for a great walk and for the work you've done that's getting her to improve more and more every time. I am very grateful for that!”

“Rose helped me out in a pinch with my puppy Chase. Rose responded promptly to the request, came to meet us and receive instructions. Rose was very kind, calm and loving with Chase. He loved her and I would absolutely use her again! Thanks!”

“Alexus is very professional, communicative, and accommodating. She has done a great job of caring for my senior pup with anxiety. Cannot recommend enough!”

About: I've been petsitting since 2012, including dogs, cats, exotic birds, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs. I am experienced with special needs animals, elderlies, and those recovering from surgery. I've completed over 100 volunteer hours walking shelter dogs. I am comfortable working with some behavioral challenges. Completed training: 2026 Fear Free Shelters program “Play Groups, Meet-and-Greets, and Dog Fight Response Training.” 2025 “Advanced Dog Walker Training" “Calming Canines Training" 2024 “Safe Dog Walker Training" I started volunteering at vet clinics in 2006, and I've been volunteering at spay/neuter events since 2016. Some of my photos are from those. Please note that I am not representing any organization. I work from home and I make my own schedule. I wake up before 6 am so I am available early. Helping out with pets is my favorite thing to do! Outside the home or your fenced yard, dogs will be on-leash and distanced from other animals and people. I do not mix animals from different homes.
“Thank you for the quick response. Sombra is awesome and usually have a friend pick her up on unexpected longer days but they weren't available. Lauren was able to step in on a moments notice. 🐾 of thanks!”

About: I have been with dogs since my earliest years and had my own dog for many of the last 40 years. I have trained many of those dogs from puppyhood and look forward to training any dog that the owners feel comfortable with. I'm retired and have plenty of time to care for and play with your pet. I miss walking my own dog twice a day, and your dog will always be walked often. I have a nice sized fenced yard, and a home that housed a dog for many years. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and the house is safe for dogs.
“We loved Greg and miss him. He ALWAYS took great care of Athena and was available if our schedules changed. If we’re ever in Albuquerque again we’ll contact him again”

About: Before college, I was the primary caregiver for my family’s dog, Max—handling everything from daily walks and feeding to bathing, training, and playtime tailored to his pace and personality. That hands-on experience taught me how to read a dog’s needs and build trust through consistency and care. I’ve also cared for multiple pets through prior sitting experiences, including three dogs of different sizes and three cats, so I’m comfortable adapting to a variety of temperaments, routines, and energy levels. While in college, I’ve continued growing my experience by volunteering with a local shelter’s Doggy Day Out program, taking dogs on walks, hikes, and special outings to give them enrichment and a break from the shelter environment. These experiences have strengthened my ability to care for pets with patience, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm. I am currently a student at UNM and working part time, so my evenings are relatively free during the week. Friday afternoons - Sunday mornings are the best time for me to hangout with your pet and care for them full time. Your pet’s happiness, safety, and comfort will always be my top priority. I’ll make sure they get plenty of exercise, affection, and attention—whether that means long walks, playtime, or just lots of love and cuddles. If you choose house sitting, your pet won’t just be cared for—they’ll have a constant companion who keeps their routine consistent and stress-free. I also love taking pets on little adventures, like trips to nearby parks, to keep them engaged and happy. For your peace of mind, I’m happy to provide daily updates with photos and messages, so you always know your pet is safe, relaxed, and having a great time.
About: Hello! I’m Marcella A and I’m currently going to cnm, majoring in veterinary medicine. My passion is to be a voice to those who can’t speak for themselves. This volunteer work at my job shadow (on resume) has given me hands-on experience handling different animal breeds and understanding the deep emotional bond between pets and their owners. I observed a cat surgery, the importance of aftercare and recovery. I’ve studied a Certified Veterinary Technologies performing a venipuncture safely. Growing up I had a lot of animals ranging from snakes, gerbils, hamsters, birds to cats and dogs. In a sense it taught me a lot of responsibility at a young age. I’ve had years of experience understanding the right diet/nutrition, structured hygienic health, behavioral patterns/management and medication needed for fuzzy friends! Currently I have OPEN availability! No furry companion is too big or too small to provide dietary/nutritional feeding times, potty breaks, midday check-ins, local dog walks, structured hygiene, health tracking & emergency preparedness! I am confident in my ability to provide exceptional care to beloved fuzzy friends from the moment they walk through the doors! I provide services to lovely pet owners to support in detailed instructions/expectations that I compile to! Includes but not limited to: fun playtime(indoor/outdoor) dietary, daily water intake, potty habits, long walks, & precise medication intakes!!
“Hossanna is fantastic, and I highly recommend her. I had a health emergency and reached out via Rover, hoping for a miracle, and she showed up just a couple of hours later. Was able to help me walk my highly energetic dog that day, and the next. Very grateful!”

“If you need assistance with your animal, Heaven is an awesome choice. My dog actually miss her when he thinks she should be there to take him for his walk. I believe it is wonderful the way she bonds with her human and animal clientele.”

About: My name is Dani and I have been house and dog sitting for over 10 years and regularly watched over dogs for over 8 households. I have watched all sizes, ages and breeds. Dogs I care for get daily, or multiple times a day, walks and runs and plenty of love. I love talking to owners about their dogs and they're particular needs so I can strive to keep the dogs as close to their normal schedule and routine as possible. I work part-time and from home a lot of the time so I'm available at any time to stop by and care for your dog as much as needed. I am also willing to stay with them if you're gone for an extended amount of time. Unfortunately, my roommate has two non-dog friendly cats so I am not able to board dogs at my own house at this time.

“Patricia is the best! She is so sweet and caring for our girl, Penny, and is willing to adapt and shift her schedule to help us with all of our last-minute work schedule changes. She is a life saver in helping us care for Penny!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better dog walker and sitter! Jenny did drop-in visits for our dogs while we were out of town, and we had complete peace of mind the entire time. She is incredibly reliable and trustworthy, and it was clear from the start how much she genuinely cares about animals. She made sure our dogs were well fed, kept their water bowls full, and took them on twice-daily walks. Most importantly, she made sure they weren’t lonely. She even squeezed in extra visits in her busy schedule just to give them more company and attention, which meant so much to us. She is also fantastic with communication. She sent us updates and pictures multiple times a day while we were gone. Our dogs absolutely loved her and always looked forward to seeing her. They would wait excitedly for her visits! It was obvious they felt comfortable and happy in her care. We came home to happy, relaxed, and well-cared-for pups. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to caring for their pets.”

“Gavin came over for a meet & greet under really short notice and was available all week when we had a schedule change. He took my two boys on long walks and sent pictures- always a plus! I felt like my dogs were in great hands with him, and we will definitely be using Gavin again in the future.”

Marilee did a wonderful job taking care of our dog, Zori. She followed our care instructions perfectly and was extremely reliable and communicative. We loved that she took extra time to make Zori feel safe and comfortable by sitting with him, giving him treats, and playing with him in the yard. During every walk, Marilee sent a detailed update with pictures, which gave us complete peace of mind. We would highly recommend Marilee to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!

Immediately on the meet & greet, our dog loved Benjamin! Since then, we’ve had Benjamin walk our puppy three separate weekends, and every time he shows up exactly when he’s scheduled and follows our instructions exactly. Even better, Benjamin takes VERY good pictures, and we love getting to show those off to whoever we’re with at the time.
