My competitive horseback riding background (hunter equitation) equips me to give medication and read pet cues. I’m happy to provide caring, personalized pet care in my home. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m available 24/7, allowing pet care to fit into my schedule. Being home all day allows me to provide frequent potty breaks for your pet’s comfort and ample playtime to keep them content. I maintain close supervision to address any needs, ensuring each client receives attentive care. I provide loving care for dogs in my home or yours, tailored to the service. I can crate dogs if needed and administer medication. Due to severe cat allergies in my family, I can’t board cats but can provide drop-in visits for them. About: What sets me apart from other sitters and walkers is my genuine love for dogs, attention to detail, and commitment to making each pet feel safe, happy, and loved. I take the time to understand each dog’s unique personality, energy level, and needs—whether that means going on long walks, playing in the yard, or just offering calm companionship. Im currently a RN and work 3 shifts per week. Looking to fill my off days with a side hustle. The days I work very week by week and can have up to a week off at times. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a calm, consistent, and safe environment that helps pets feel secure while their owners are away. I stick closely to the pet’s regular routine—feeding times, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any medications—so there’s as little disruption as possible.

About: I have had a dog ever since I was 9. She has become very sick in the last couple years so I have gained a lot of experience so working with senior babies will be no problem. I also got my dog Milo two years ago. I have had him since he was 8 weeks! Due to this I am well versed in puppies and training. However, ever since I was 15 I fostered dogs and cats with my parents and took it on alone after I moved to college. I actually fostered a kitten from the time he was also very much a baby (8 weeks) and I love cats!! I have fostered rescue dogs that have had a history of trauma or reactivity so I am well versed in how to approach those situations as well. I will treat your fur baby as I would my own, with love and patience, I just graduated college and have a lot of free time so my schedule is pretty open! If I cannot make a time I will be sure to message you! I walk my dog milo everyday depending if its too hot for him outside or not. My dog Coco cannot do walks but I do administer medication to her twice a day including eyedrops and pain medication. Milo gets fed twice a day as well as Coco. Both my dogs are let free in the house daily however they are both kenel trained as needed. I understand everyone has different preferences for their animals so I am willing to work with your needs!

About: I’m 35 years old and I have always had pets. I have rescued many animals. I have rescued orphaned litters of kittens that had to be bottle feed every 2 hours. I have rescued puppies from very toxic homes. I have rescued lots of animals from very bad situations. I will care for your pets the same as I care for my own kids and pets! Does your fur baby have special needs? Do they need medications? Do you have multiple fur babies? Even better! A lot of people do not understand the stress our animals can go through we separated from their families. I want to make your furry family members as comfortable as possible when you can’t be there with them. I can’t wait to meet you and your pets!

“Tracy did a great job walking our pups. We would highly recommend her.”

“Meghan was fantastic and would highly recommend! She was able to get the harnesses on no problem and sent wonderful pictures from their walks. The pups were very happy!”

About: 👋 Hi there! We’re Kayla & Connor, a pet-loving couple based in the Galveston area. I (Kayla) grew up in Conroe, TX, and moved to Galveston Area here in 2019 to be closer to family. Together, we’ve built a warm, laid-back home where your pets will be treated like one of our own. I work from home, so your furry family member will get plenty of love, attention, and snuggles throughout the day. We also have two kids under 5 who are gentle and adore animals, plus two friendly dogs—Charlie (our playful Husky) and Cooper (German Shepard)—who love making new friends. Between the two of us, we have experience caring for a wide range of animals, including cats, dogs, horses, goats, turtles, snakes and more. We understand how tough it can be to leave your pet behind when you travel, which is why we aim to create a safe, happy space where they can feel right at home. We’d love to meet you and your pet to see if we’re the perfect fit. Looking forward to giving your furry loved one lots of care and affection while you’re away! Pet care fits perfectly into our family’s daily routine. I (Kayla) work from home full-time, which means I’m here throughout the day to give your pet plenty of attention, potty breaks, and companionship. I usually leave once a day to pick up our oldest from school, but I’m home 95% of the time to make sure your pet feels safe and cared for. My husband works outside the home, but he’s just as involved in loving on and helping care for all the animals when he’s here. Together, we make sure your pet gets the best care possible, just like a member of our family In our home, your pet will enjoy a spacious backyard with a secure fence — something that’s especially important to us since we have our own little escape artist! We always keep a close eye to ensure everyone’s safe while getting plenty of fresh air and playtime. Potty breaks can be with our dogs or separately, depending on what makes your pet most comfortable. Inside, we make sure pets can relax just like they would at home. We take the time to learn your pet’s usual routine — from feeding schedules to favorite nap spots — so we can keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible. Whether it’s my husband and I caring for pets here, or me following your pet’s routine in your own home, our priority is always to treat them like family and give them the love, attention, and calm environment they deserve.

“Anthony was great! He was quick to help us with our fur baby Morris when we had a family emergency. He made sure Morris had food & water & walked him until he was empty. Would hire Anthony again. Thank you!”

About: I've been around animals my whole life. Growing up I had cats, dogs, small pets and even reptiles! I have always had a passion for animals. I have worked at a pet store for years working with the small animals and also as a dog bather. I am a veterinary technician at an emergency animal hospital. Therefore, I am comfortable taking care of pets with medical conditions. Being around so many animals my whole life I have learned a lot about the handling, care and temperament of all different type of pets. My pets are part of the family and I will treat your pet with the same love and care! I like to bring treats and take picture updates of your pet to let you know that they are in caring hands! I look forward to hearing from you! I work full time at night at an emergency animal hospital therefore I am available during the day. I am mostly available during mid to late afternoon. Please don't hesitate to leave a detailed list of the care for your pet. I am very detailed oriented and will make sure to follow all the rules and instructions to make sure your fur baby will have the best and most comfortable experience in my care.

“Sarah is fantastic and my dog absolutely loves her. She has walked her and also watched her when we are away - she always sends pictures and it's easy to tell that Sarah loves my dog and my dog is incredibly relaxed around her and at her house. Highly recommend Sarah!”

About: I have taken care of animals of all kinds from a very young age, and like most, they are my biggest enjoyment in life. I raised 5 different species through FFA in grade school for 7 years and I am now currently an assistant dog groomer. I have much experience in dogs and cats of all ages and I am capable of giving your furry baby the best experience possible. I am a college student here in Galveston therefore a variety of pet care services are flexible within my schedule. I also live with my fiancé, who has a different schedule than I, so there would be extra pet care available. I have a fenced house with a locked gate. I two very friendly puppies that can provide playmates. On the other hand, I have many areas in my house that I can close off in case separating pets are needed.

About: My family has owned and cared for dogs for as long as I can remember. Over the last 22 years I have had my own Weimaraners, Beagles and Dachshunds so I have experience with small and large dogs. Currently, I have a cat so I understand their nature and needs as well. I feel I may differentiate from other care-givers because I also have experience in rescue. Not only did all of my pets come to me from rescue type situations, but I founded the Tampa Weim Group in about 2002. Our group was committed to helping Florida Weim Rescue out of Palatka, FL. Walking, feeding, bathing, washing bedding, cleaning kennels, fundraising and providing companionship are just a few of the the things we dedicated ourselves to. I am a true animal lover! Just in case (cause you never know), I do have experience caring for chickens as well. I'm currently working from home and make my own schedule so my availability is very flexible. I am free most of the time to walk, cuddle and spend lots of quality time. Care will depend on your requests and if I'm in my own home or yours. Of course, there will all the love and cuddles! In my own home, we allow pets on the furniture and bed.

“Madison gave the pups love and dinner! Thank you”

About: I have been a trainer of service and therapy dogs for a few years and a proud mom of 3 Golden Retrievers , a Corgi , a black cat, and a ragdoll cat. I take my Golden's every morning to the beach and walk them a mile to two miles a day. I know each dog needs the best love and care they deserve. One of my Golden's is a service dog and I understand the depth and care and respect an animal deserves as they save our lives everyday even in a non medical manner. I would love the honor of spending time with your dog . I have watched animals in my home for long periods of time. I will be able to give each animal 100% of my attention as i do my own. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my bio I hope to hear from you. I work from home. I feed dogs 2 times a day once at 8-9 am and at 6 pm. They will be outside to use the bathroom every 2 hours and have a few hours to play outside. My husband and I walk them in the evening or early morning by the beach. Due to my schedule I’m available to them 24/7. I do have a large fenced in yard and 4 dogs to keep your baby company. I work from home so I can give them as much attention as they need.

Erin I.
“I left my senior cat Fiona with Erin while I was out of town, and she was absolutely amazing! Fiona needs daily medication, which can be tricky since she’s not always thrilled about taking it, but Erin handled it wonderfully and kept Fiona so comfortable. Erin sent tons of cute pics and texts, updating me on how Fiona was doing, so I never once stressed about her. She’s super genuine and sweet, and you can tell she truly loves animals. Erin’s constant check-ins made it feel like she was with family. I’d trust her with Fiona anytime and highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter!”

“Ma Deborah is a very responsible sweet gentle friend who is a hard worker, a dog lover and a very patient person who would be perfect for dog sitting/walking. We have known her for years and she has had dogs all of her life until recently, so I know she is missing having a fur baby around. She is an ideal candidate for a care giver of pet(s). Once she becomes a regular with Rover, she will have amazing reviews and will be in big demand.”

She has three cats of her own, not counting the cats her family owns, and she has been a kind, responsible, and loving pet sitter. She has had also had two dogs and also looks after some reptiles. She currently works at a veterinary office and is able to handle animals with care. She is compassionate with her own and other animals, and always makes sure they are happy.
