We only received 1 pic of each dog. This left us with a bit of anxiety while we had limited service and out of the country. So we would have liked more unsolicited updates just to ease our minds.”

Not only did she answer and accept my last minute request at 2:00 a.m. for the same day at 10:00 a.m. in MINUTES, when plans changed, and I asked for my 5 month old puppy to stay for an extra hour and a half, she was more than willing. She provided constant updates and photos throughout the day, and kept my boy entertained (he was exhausted that night- haha). She is truly a life saver. Thank you endlessly, Ariel. Truly! We were going on a family beach trip to Galveston but the owner wouldn't allow pets, so we had to find someone close and quick. The day before we contacted Lori and sent her pics and info and she immediately said yes! We received pictures everyday of Hawkeye happily playing and being loved on. You can tell they truly love all of their guests and treat them like family. My two little boys came home and raved to my husband how nice Lori and Billy were to Hawkeye and us. I can easily crate and separate pets if ever needed. I have a small seconded fenced in part so if your dog doesn’t want to play and just wants to sun bathe or relax in peace they are able to do so.

Negatives: *this is just constructive criticism and left 5 stars because I don’t want to affect the rover’s status as they seem to have many other happy reoccurring clients.* the only pitfall for us was that we only received 2 updates on our dogs 7 day stay and we had to ask for them. We only received 1 pic of each dog. This left us with a bit of anxiety while we had limited service and out of the country. So we would have liked more unsolicited updates just to ease our minds.”
