About: I grew up with golden retrievers and treat my pets as my family. Know that your pup will be treated just like my own! My husband and I do this so someone is home with the dogs all day long. We have 3 little ones that love to go on walks and the park. Your dog gets to be their best self here and learn how to run with the pack. Lots of cuddles and belly rubs will be given with plenty of couch space and beds/blankets to nap on after hours of playing. We would love to have your doggo join the pack and have a fun vacation while you are away, even if it’s just a workday. We understand it can be a stressful time when you have to separate from your loved one; we will respect your pet, provide lots of high quality pictures, and treat them like family. I’m up at dawn with the dogs and go on walks/outings throughout the day. My husband works from home and I work evenings. I love going to Sellwood Park, Westmoreland, or Woodstock parks. I live in a secure apartment building with my husband and three little dogs, so we go on walks to the near by parks pretty frequently. If I’m coming to a client’s home, I can do house visits, go on walks, or take them to a dog park/hike.

Battin pet parents share their Rover experiences
Naiya was nothing short of meeting our expectations during a house sit for a few days. She was reliable, kind, respectful and communicative. She went above and beyond making sure our pets were happy (and us LOL!). She had a freak accident involving a tire issue while away from our house and immediately let us know and even offered a refund for the day, just for being away from the house a little bit longer than she anticipated. It was no worries on our part. It actually spoke volumes about her character for worrying about our little fur family, and keeping us constantly up to date about the issue and when she would get back to them. She cared for our elderly pug with patience, and gave our husky lots of attention. If you’re looking for someone to look after your animals and are hesitant about moving forward with it, don’t look anywhere else but with Naiya! I’ve gone through about a dozen sitters and have 3 recurring sitters.. one of which will be Naiya now if she’s available and willing :) We got home and she left us a lovely surprise of some freshly picked flowers and chocolate. It was such a great way to end our trip knowing we came back to happy dogs, flowers and chocolate!
Natalie came in clutch last minute when we needed a sitter for the weekend. She was one of the most communicative sitters we have ever had for our two dogs, a border collie and spaniel mix. She even left us a lovely note, stripped the bed and ran the dishwasher without being asked. We will use her again in the future!
Lieren was a lovely house sitter and dog sitter for our 1 year old pupper. They even went on a little car adventure and we were sent the cutest pictures. We were in communication our entire trip as I am a bit of a helicopter dog mama as this was only the second time we'd left him in someone else's care. The house was in good shape upon return and our pup seemed well cared for and happy.
I can’t thank Benjamin enough for helping me with my wild puppy Bunny! He’s knowledgeable, calm, and supportive. My little pup loved snuggling and relaxing with him and it really took a lot off of my plate! I’ll definitely be checking to see if he’s available when I need another booking.
Melissa was absolutely wonderful with my high-energy Border Collie, Maverick. She took excellent care of him—providing plenty of walks, feeding him on schedule, and giving him lots of love and attention. Knowing he was in such good hands gave me real peace of mind while I was away. Maverick can be a bit stubborn at times, but he quickly warmed up to Melissa and her kind, patient personality. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with her in the future!
Mackenzie did a great job taking care of our dogs and our cat, handled all the food and meds, and made sure everybody got play time and lots of love. One of our dogs is very anxious and often has a hard time relaxing, but it was clear from her updates that he felt safe and comfortable. Can’t wait to have Mackenzie back to take care of our pets again!
Laura did a wonderful job caring for our precious little dog Charlie. It’s always a bit scary to leave a beloved pet with a new sitter but Laura was absolutely awesome! She sent daily photos and updates and was very responsive to communications from us. Laura made us feel so confident that Charlie was receiving loving and excellent care so we could enjoy a worry-free trip—what a gift she is! I would highly recommend Laura to anyone looking for a great pet-sitter!
Lisa was outstanding! I booked Lisa at fairly short notice to pet sit my dog and cat at my home while I took a last minute vacation. She was very quick to respond to all our communication and 100% reliable. Lisa is also an extremely talented photographer. Her candid pics of my pets were both heartwarming and hilarious. It's easy to tell she is a genuine animal lover and I highly recommend her if you need care for your beloved pets.
