“Bridgette and Beau and Winnie could not have made Lola's stay any more comfortable. Lola had never stayed with unknown people let alone with another dog or cat so this was a bit experimental for all of us. But after a meet and greet it looked like a match. We were gone for two days and received daily updates and photos. Lola is accustomed to free ranging on furniture and beds and she was made to feel right at home with Bridgette and Beau and Winnie was a great sharer. About: I work for a doggie daycare and dog walking company and I walk up to 10 dogs at a time by myself in all kinds of weather. In hot weather, I bring them to shaded parks. I use healthy treats for training and every dog improves, some dramatically. My business partner and I have given sick or injured dogs wagon rides on paved bike trails to get them fresh air and socialization with their friends. At the time of this writing, between the daycare and Rover, I have worked with 80 dogs. I am currently working full time on weekdays, but I’m available on weekends for dog walking, house sitting and drop-in visits. Dog walking is included with house sitting. I am available to pet sit in client’s homes and walk dogs. I am an avid hiker, so I would take them for walks and runs if appropriate. I double check to ensure harnesses are adjusted properly and comfortable. I use a dog walking belt to attach leashes to, keeping my hands free to pick up after them. If another dog passes, I distract my dogs by offering treats for sitting, staying and directing attention at me. I love taking them to play in parks or the yard, and give lots of love, head scratches and belly rubs! I take time to train so they will trust me and come to me when called. I use a happy, excited voice to encourage them to walk, and a calm, gentle voice when giving them a treat so they learn to take it gently from my hand. I even learned commands in Spanish to help a dog who understands that language best. In addition, I have earned online certificates in Dog Emotion and Cognition from Duke University and Animal Behavior and Welfare from the University of Edinburgh.

She has developed few anxiety issues during the pandemic and can be a bit reactive around other dogs, so I've been very hesitant about doggy day care in any other capacity, but Allen has listened to my concerns and been extremely careful with keeping an eye on her or introducing her to any other dog he's watching or who is using the magical little private gated dog park behind his house. He's been super helpful in correcting some of her behavior issues (like a very loud persistent bark that has made me crazy!), sends photos and updates frequently, and is very quick to communicate even in between stays. I'm so relieved my anxious dog is getting playtime and has such good care that I can trust every Tuesday, and she's making new dog friends finally. Thank you, Allen!”

I was a dedicated and loving dog mama to my beloved bernese mountain dog, Riker, for 9.5 years and I miss him very much. I enjoyed taking my boy to thousand acres, Mt. Tabor, and several other dog parks and we've gone on many hikes on the coast, in the gorge, and in Mt. Hood forest. I have special connections with my friends' animals and I've enjoyed taking their dogs for walks since my boy passed last March. I'm a fourth-year doctoral graduate student at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) meaning my schedule can be pretty flexible. I have two full days of clinic per week and fill the rest of the week with writing and research. When I'm not in clinic I can work with my schedule to take your fur baby on walks, check in on them to let them out, or schedule an adventure! I can also come house sit or invite your pet over for the day or extended stay. I have a fenced in backyard with ample space for throwing the ball or lounging in the sun on a picnic blanket. We also live very close to a park for on leash walks or park hangs. Our fur baby passed in March 2026 but our one-level house is still set up to be accessible with rugs on the wood flooring for traction, plenty of blankets and comfy spots to sleep, and easy access to the back yard (just two steps). We allow animals on furniture but respect your rules if that's a boundary of yours!

“Bri is a sweet, gentle person and I felt safe leaving my relatively recent rescue doggy with her and her dog family. Her backyard is giant, grassy, with several large trees. A really beautiful setting. She is somehow able to manage babysitting multiple dogs with grace. The photos she sent of my dog sleeping and playing with other dogs were priceless. Will definitely be a repeat boarder!”

“This is the 3rd time Hannah and her husband have watched my big pup and he just absolutely adores them! Soon as I turn on their street my fur baby gets so excited! Communication with them is always great and fast! I can never get enough of the picture mail either! So many great photos! This is a very loving family & it shows through the care they give our dogs! I literally only book then when we I need a dog sitter because I travel a ton. No matter if it’s 5 day stay or 11 days I know dog will be very well taken care of when he’s in their hands. My last dog sitter before them was negligent and lead to my dog being hit by s car an injured severely so I was very hesitant with someone new at first. But now I literally trust only them when it comes to taking care of my dog. I will be contacting them any and everytime! BOOK BOOK BOOK!!”
