About: I have had dogs since I was 16. Cats since I was 20. I have also owned various other animals, including livestock. My schooling helped me learn general animal care and I have had the same dog trainer for 20 years. Our pets have regular vet care. I pet sit for friends and family often, both at their homes and in our own home. Just informational, I do live with males, including teens, who have attended dog training classes and help when I need to step out if the house. I also have a very large yard for lots of running and exercise. I work fill time, but remote. I can choose to be from home or in office so am available to watch pets at home all day, when needed. We have a large fully fenced yard. We do have chickens, but they are gated in their own area. I have a pet gate to keep dogs from going downstairs unattended and a door as backup. I provide a pet water fountain for constant fresh and flowing hydration. Pets get regular treats and training refreshers to keep their minds sharp and engaged. My house is inundated with both cat and dog toys for constant entertainment.

I live on a farm that is fully fenced around the entire property, there is an option to have your pet(s) meet some other pets on the property and play during the day, but I also am fully prepped for keeping the dogs separate from each other for any reason if needed. When staying at your home I am respectful of privacy and rules. I will NEVER have anyone other than myself inside your home or on the property, and I will clean up after myself as well as have the home clean when you get back. I do allow dogs on furniture at my home but will not allow it if needed.

About: I grew up on property where people would dump their cats. I have helped raise bottle babies, seniors and momma cats. I also grew up with 2 dogs, taking care of them with my mom. I currently have 4 cats of my own and help care for my grandmas dog Romeo who you see in my profile picture. I may not have veterinary licensing or certifications, but I have years of real life experience and promise your animal will be well cared for and loved while you’re away. I’m happy to care for any animal, fuzzy, scaley or slimy. I currently have a pretty open schedule for drops ins, walks and overnight stays. I babysit Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons so I am unavailable from 12-5 those days of the week, but potentially open to accepting a request in Gresham within that time frame. I am comfortable crating, feeding, cleaning up after & doing basically anything a pet owner needs to do for their animal. About: We love all animals and appreciate their intelligence and respect their feelings. We have had dogs and/or cats always. We have also had goats, pot bellied pigs, chickens, miniature donkeys and fish. We love spending time with animals and attending to their needs. Walks at parks and in nature or around the neighborhood are a regular part of our day. We are retired and spend a lot of our time traveling in Southern California and Mexico. We provide a safe calm environment in your home and keep your pets' normal routines. We will be bringing our dog with us and she is well adjusted to changing environments and meeting new animal friends. Housesitting is part of our travel strategy and we have received many positive reviews over the past few years. I also have done some dog training and animals are comfortable around us. We are retired and take several walks a day. Our schedule is very flexible. We like to be able to take your dogs in the car for walking adventures if they are comfortable with that.
