We were coming from out of town and headed to the beach but visited family for a couple days who doesn’t like dogs in the house, so we needed to find a place for our dog for a couple days. Nadine sent pictures everyday to let us know how Milly is doing. She has an amazing backyard and her pets were very friendly with her. Milly isn’t crate trained and Nadine was more than willing to accommodate that and let her sleep in the bed. Will definitely use her again when we come to town!”

Having traveled to Portland from San Diego to visit our toddler granddaughter, we were in a bind. I am skilled at walking two big dogs at the same time and often do during my lunch break.

About: I have had dogs since I was 16. Cats since I was 20. I have also owned various other animals, including livestock. My schooling helped me learn general animal care and I have had the same dog trainer for 20 years. Our pets have regular vet care. I pet sit for friends and family often, both at their homes and in our own home. Just informational, I do live with males, including teens, who have attended dog training classes and help when I need to step out if the house. I also have a very large yard for lots of running and exercise. I work fill time, but remote. I can choose to be from home or in office so am available to watch pets at home all day, when needed. We have a large fully fenced yard. We do have chickens, but they are gated in their own area. I have a pet gate to keep dogs from going downstairs unattended and a door as backup. I provide a pet water fountain for constant fresh and flowing hydration. Pets get regular treats and training refreshers to keep their minds sharp and engaged. My house is inundated with both cat and dog toys for constant entertainment.

About: Ive been taking care of all kinds of animals for a long time! I mostly help with dogs and ive had a few cats sitting jobs. I have had cats and dogs my whole life so I'm very used to both and adore them! About: I grew up on property where people would dump their cats, so I have helped raise bottle babies, seniors and momma cats. I also grew up with 2 dogs, taking care of them with my mom. I currently have 4 cats of my own and help care for my grandmas dog Romeo who you see in one of my pictures. I do not have veterinary licensing or certifications, but I have years of real life experience and promise your animal(s) will be well cared for and loved while you’re away. I am unavailable from 8-5 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I am always willing to come before and after for drop ins, and am available for overnight stays every day of the week except Sunday & Monday nights. I am comfortable crating, feeding, cleaning up after & doing basically anything a pet owner needs to do for their animal. I will respect your home and your wishes with your pet and be sure to maintain a calm, caring environment for your pet to feel safe in.
