About: I have loved animals like family as long as I can remember. And feel I have a special connection with them and them with me because of my calm and centered energy. Animals communicate and respond through peoples energy and I feel its how they know to feel safe. I care for dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, lizards etc. And am happy to answer any questions on all. I work for myself so I have a flexible schedule and can usually accommodate most schedule needs of pet parents. I typically make morning and evening rounds and unless I am out of town I am available 7 days a week. I take pride in my attention to detail and upon first introduction I try and get as much information as possible about a clients home and needs pertaining to their pets and what they are used to so that I can do my best to maintain that schedule and activity.
About: I’ve had hand-on experience as well caring for my neighbors dog since she was a puppy. I helped look after her regularly by spending time with her and keeping her company as well as looking over her when needed. I’ve learnt the patience, attentiveness, and consistency that’s is required for a dog’s individual needs especially witnessing it from puppyhood when she could be carried easily up to when she’s heavy to hold up. Excellent! I really appreciated Holly's concern for Gray and extra search efforts in getting my wayward cat back into the house, after I foolishly let her out before my trip. Holly became good friends with Gray, gave her lots of affection and noticed issues with Gray's cat food which I had not. Holly also offered to evacuate Gray if needed during the recent Sonoma County fires. I recommend Holly to anyone who wants a caring and conscientious pet sitter. She did a wonderful job :-)

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
