About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Before Vera, my golden retriever, I had cats my whole life (Kitty, Bugsy, Shadow, and Tiger), along with ferrets, guinea pigs, fish, iguanas, and hermit crabs. Vera was born with partial facial paralysis, and one of her eyes can’t blink, so she needs frequent eye drops to stay comfortable. Caring for her has made me patient, attentive, and confident with pets who need a little extra care. If your pet takes medication or has special needs, I’d be glad to help. While living in the Bay Area, I founded Bay Area Golden Retrievers, which grew to become the region’s largest golden retriever meetup group. I’ve spent a lot of time around dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I know how to read them and keep them happy and safe. With a background in video and photography, I love capturing your pet’s personality. Expect plenty of sharp, well-composed photos and updates so you can see exactly how your best friend is doing. Feel free to reach out about whatever you need! My schedule is very open right now, so I can be flexible for walks, drop-ins, and daytime care, including short-notice requests and weekends. I love working with animals and want to build this into something long-term, so I take every booking seriously. Since I'm already caring for Vera and my chickens throughout the day, pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I'm happy to keep a regular schedule for recurring clients. I treat every pet's routine, health, and safety as a priority. I'll go over feeding, medication, and any quirks or fears before the first visit, and I follow your instructions closely. Caring for Vera, who needs frequent eye drops, and for my chickens through vet visits has taught me to notice small changes in behavior, appetite, or comfort. I'll send photos and updates during every visit, double-check doors, gates, and leashes, and contact you right away if anything seems off or I need a decision from you.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have always been the go-to pet sitter for family and friends. I have experience walking, feeding, bathing, and caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. About: I’ve worked with animals my entire life, but especially in the last 5 years. While taking care of other people’s beloved pets ranging from young to senior pets, I’ve also always had dogs, cats, and other animals of my own. I’m currently a student with a sparse schedule so I will have plenty of time to take care of your beloved animals :) I can be available weekdays, weekends, and some holidays! I have no problems crating animals if needed, along with staying with them outside, taking them on walks, and I’ve worked with reactive dogs in the past.

About: I’ve always loved dogs and have owned them my whole life. I have raised my dog for 5 years from puppy to adult and she is the best girl in the world! Currently I’m unemployed looking for jobs, I spend most of my time at home or at the gym. I walk my dog after the gym or at night time so it’s not too hot for her paws. I will be able to clean up messes, feed, walk, clean up poop, play with etc. anything that is needed for the dog is no issue at all and can be accommodated for.

My friends laugh that I would make a great dog photographer because I cannot resist capturing their personalities and quirks. More than anything, I truly enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel safe, loved, and at home while you are away. I’m currently working part-time, so I have the flexibility and availability needed to care for your pets! I truly love animals and getting to spend time with them brings me so much joy! About: I’ve had pets my entire life ( dogs and cats ) and for the past three years, I’ve started caring for others in addition to my own. I have experience caring for dogs with special needs ( senior pets with specific medication schedules etc. ) and of all different sizes and breeds. All of my experience is boarding at the customers house for the pets ultimate comfort. I want to create the best routines for your pets whether its walks, runs, baths, park visits you name it! I currently work part time, but have full availability through the week for caring and watching your pets! ( the only accommodation to my schedule is when I'm at work - longest I would be away from the pet would be 5 hours, as a full work shift.) growing up in Chico, I value the community, Housesitting/ boarding at the clients house, operates on trust and boundaries. Parting from your loved pets for a vacation can be a tricky, as finding the comfortable, trusting fit for a pet sitter might seem precarious, but my goal is to make it as simple and as comfortable as possible. I really want my love for animals to shine through and am super interested in providing any precautionary measures that are needed : obviously a sit down interview - with a résumé and my background in pet care, multiple references, practice, run-throughs of the pets, thorough schedules or needs ( in person or whatever works best ), even walking the pet (with or without owner in advance ) to gain trust of the pet :) etc etc. I am new to Rover and am so excited to expand my knowledge on animal care !!

About: I’ve had dogs most my life and had a cat for 16 years. I love animals and animals love me. We have a fenced in yard and are in close proximity to bidwell park. Located in the middle of town so easy pick-up and drop off. Lots of experience with animals big and small. Long term or short is welcome. I have a six year old hound dog who loves friends but also needs to get his wiggles out. I have a lot of flexibility and availability with times and days. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly dog to keep yours company. I have a nice home and can take them on walks in the park or the neighborhood.

About: I have had dogs in my life since I was in grade school. At any point in time my family had at least 4 dogs in our household. Now my husband , Justin, and I have our one Golden Retriever, Finn who’s a very social, and very well-trained boy. I would treat your dog as my own; wake up early (5:30-6) to let them out, feed them day and night, and walk/play them once or twice a day, if/as needed, and most importantly, love them as my own💞 I’ve also successfully trained a few dogs, including my own, so if you’d like for me to do some work there, as well, I can absolutely try! Aside from that, I can take your dog for runs, play their favorite activity with them, or just sit with them and rub their ears. I will do whatever is necessary, or asked of, in order for you to feel your dog is in the best care! I work part time, so my schedule can be a bit random, but I’ll always be sure to reflect my current and future availability on my Rover Calendar! Our back yard is fenced in, so should your dog need an outside break that isn’t a walk, they would be perfectly safe here! I’m willing to overnight board, as long as your dog would get along with our dog Finn. Finn hasn’t been mean to a single dog, he’s extremely social and loves having other fur friends over. Please consider me for any of your dog needs!
