About: Hi! I’m newly retired and looking forward to spending some of my extra time doing something I’ve always loved—caring for animals. Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve owned and cared for dogs of all sizes, from small companion dogs to large breeds, as well as cats and parrots. I’m comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, ages, and routines, and I understand that every pet has their own needs and quirks. Being retired gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to make sure your pets get the attention they deserve. Whether your dog needs a good walk, your cat prefers some quiet company, or your pets simply need someone dependable to keep their normal routine while you’re away, I’m happy to help. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets and your home. I’ll treat your animals with the same patience, kindness, and care that I’ve given my own throughout my life. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! Now that I’m retired, my days are flexible and relaxed, making pet care a perfect fit. I’ve had animals my entire life, including large and small dogs, cats, and parrots, so caring for pets has always been a natural part of my routine. I have plenty of time for walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship, and I truly enjoy having animals around. I treat every pet like I would my own. With a lifetime of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, cats, and various other animals, I understand that every animal has their own personality and routine. I follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any special needs. Whether I’m caring for a pet in my home or theirs, my goal is to keep them safe, comfortable, happy, and well cared for while their family is away. My yard is fully fenced, and I have a senior dog who is very friendly and docile.

About: I am an Animal Science major at Chico State as a 4th year! I was a kennel tech so I have handled all kinds of dogs and behaviors with preparing and handing out feedings, medications, walks and fun playtime! I’ve taken care of my neighbors and friends dogs and cats since I was 8. I also did many drop in visits and bathroom visits to make sure the animals were comfortable and had company. I have 2 family dogs of my own which I have raised since they were puppies and trained them basic commands and fun tricks! My schedule is pretty open! I am in school full time but my schedule consists of classes in the morning each day with most afternoons free to take care of your pet! (aka. Furry family member) The only afternoons I have commitments are Tuesday and Wednesday! I create a safe environment by allowing your pet to come and meet me. I make sure all the pets needs are met with a full water bowl, filling food bowls, bathroom breaks and medications (if applicable). I can entertain your animals with their toys, walks and treats to build trust and have you come home to a content pet.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have always been the go-to pet sitter for family and friends. I have experience walking, feeding, bathing, and caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science (Pre-Vet) at Chico State and am a Certified Veterinary Assistant, which has given me hands-on experience in proper animal handling, behavior, and care. I’ve cared for both dogs and cats extensively, including volunteering at animal and cat shelters. As a pet owner myself, I understand how unique each animal’s needs can be. I’m also involved in Guide Dogs for the Blind, where I help train dogs; building strong skills in patience, consistency, and communication. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I care for my own cat with a consistent feeding schedule, fresh water, enrichment, and medication when needed. I also regularly work with livestock, keeping me active in hands-on animal care. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I make sure every environment is calm, clean, and pet-friendly, and I take care to remove any potential hazards. I closely follow each pet parent’s instructions, including feeding routines, medications, and any specific care needs. I take time to understand each pet’s personality so I can provide patient, attentive care that helps them feel safe and stress-free. I also carry basic animal first aid supplies and am prepared to respond calmly in case of emergencies. Building trust with pet parents is just as important to me as caring for their pets. I provide updates, communicate clearly, and aim to give helpful feedback when needed. My goal is for you to feel completely confident while you’re away and to return to a happy, well-cared-for pet.

About: I’ve always been told I have a way with dogs. I absolutely adore each and every dog I come into contact with. I’m patient, I’m loving, and I will work my absolute hardest to ensure the best possible experience not only for your animal but for you as well. About: I have taken care of dogs for up to 3 weeks at a time. I only board one dog at time to ensure they get my full attention. I am a student at Chico State with a flexible class schedule and my weekends are free! On the weekdays I won't be busy for more than 3 hours. I live in an apartment with a designated area for dogs to do their business. I am in a neighborhood with minimal car traffic to ensure safe walks!

About: I am a dog-lover and have grown up around dogs my whole life! Growing up, my family has had various dog breeds: a Great Pyrenees, a Bernese Mountain Dog, Dachshunds, a Golden Retriever, and even a Lab/Spaniel/Retriever mix. For the past 10 years, I have been a frequent overnight pet-sitter for my parent's dogs. I am also a walker in my personal life and so I love adding dogs to the mix whenever loved ones go out of town! Additionally, I have a house with a fenced yard if you need a play for your pup to play. I know that dogs become a part of your family and so it takes a lot to trust someone with them, I assure you that your dog will be in caring and capable hands with me! I'm currently working from home and so I have a lot of availability to give your pet the attention they need! I also frequently take walks and have discovered quiet walking trails for the more anxious dogs. I do not have any pets or children of my own which makes my house an environment that is suitable to the various needs of different animals! I also have a fenced yard. My most prominent experience previously was with staying overnight in a home and so I also know what it looks like to honor the house rules for the dog and respect the home where I'm staying.

Weekends are negotiable, meaning clients can reach out to me as needed! In my home we just have our two cats. Batz and Rex. Batz is a senior so he mostly just spends his time lounging and sleeping. Rex is just under a year so he spends his time lounging and playing. Rex is leash and harness trained so sometimes I like to take him out for hikes or to the beach, he’s a curious guy who gets into everything, but I made sure that the house is completely Rex proof. Both are happy healthy silly guys who we love very much.

About: I’ve grown up with many cats and different types of dog's. I had a dog that was 19 years old and have been self training my current dog since I got him. Im currently a student at Chico State so I have plenty of time after classes and school. I have plenty of time to walk and play with your pets after 2pm on most weekdays. I make sure there’s no way to escape or places that can hurt your pet if it gets in those places. I would make sure to be attentive and make sure I know what they’re up to.

About: I have grown up with Dogs and cats as a child. Also had bunny’s, reptiles, and gerbils for that matter! LOL! I’ve had the same Beautiful Most Awesome cat named Gizmo for 15 years until October of last year when cancer took him from me! I’m deeply saddened still. And please believe me when I say. “It was the hardest thing I ever had to do or went thru”. He was my best bud and I loved saying hello when I got home but when he was gone it has been my hardest goodbye! I have dog/New baby puppy sit for a good family friend. And learned anlot anbout new puppies and the special care they need! And I love every minuet of it! I also clean and make sure the home is presentable and reasonably ready for their mom and/or Dad to get home so they do not have to worry about cleaning their mess. Or her own. If client is comfortable with that. Then I would do anything that was asked of me! I’m very punctual and respectful and take into account what the client needs not what I think they need. It’s your family member. It’s your house, all you got to do is talk to me and let me know what you need and I will do my best at providing that service. I also have 1 dog named Bella and 2 cats named Abel and Mozart in our family. Update: Bella past from cancer a few weeks ago, and Mozart passed 2 weeks ago due to kidney disease ! We have suffered so much loss in the past 8 months. We now have Abel and Delilah. Delilah is a 6 month old kitten and Abel is a 1 yr old cat! Lots of fun! Please check my pets profile to see pics of them. And let me tell you. This is their house. We just live in it! LOL. Abel is new. I adopted him shortly after some grieving time over Gizmo. And he is just like gizmo. Big personality and very much a pain in my rear. But he’s our child. And he’s so beautiful! Thank you so much for your time in reading this. Nothing that is Gunna take me out anytime soon but getting out of the house to go take care of fur babies is the best thing for me. It gives me exercise. It gives me purpose and it gives me the ability to give the love that I have to give away to other members of peoples families. I’m truly honest and respectful, and need more purpose in my life to help other’s, my hips and my Parkinson’s disease will not slow me down. I’m young still at 41 and I will continue to do anything and everything I can to help anyone in everyone that I can. I would like to continue helping by doing this service for you and your family.. And NOTHING WILL keep me from doing anything and everything needed in any case of taking care of your home or your furbaby. unfortunately, I can only take care of people’s homes & their fur babies in their own home, because of my furbabies. Thank you for understanding. I will keep your home in pristine condition. Cat boxes will be cleaned 2 to 3 times a day unless instructed otherwise. I’m very particular about that so your fur babies and your home will be treated with respect and love and cared for by me, which means I will put my all into anything that you need taken care of.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I have experience with dogs who have special needs, specifically, neurological disorders requiring medication administration. I’ve spent the last two years training my dog, Bubba, through separation anxiety and reactive aggression. He went from chasing cats to occasionally taking naps with them. My first dog, Lilly, was reactive to dogs and when I brought home Bubba as a puppy, my family called him “snack” because they didn’t think it was possible, but she immediately took him in and they were inseparable for 7 years!
