Hi! My name is Alisa! I've lived in Butte county for most of my life. Grew up in Paradise and then came down to Chico to live for college. Growing up we always had dogs so they were always a big part of our family. As I grew up I found myself always getting asked to pet sit for friends and family. Which is fine by me because what is better than getting to know a new furry friend right?! Fast forward to the present day and I am a stay at home wife and dog mom. With a more flexible schedule I am also a volunteer dog walker at our great Chico Animal Shelter! I have gained a lot of experience with many different types of dogs there and love every minute of it. My main goal and concern for any animal is to gain trust and care for them as if they were my own. I know that your dog and cat are a big part of your family, so I try my hardest to make their time away from you (and your time away from them) as worry free as possible. I love dogs that are up for walking and playing but I also know that sometimes a quiet sit and time spent is just as important to some. And of course I can't forget the cats! My favorite are the sociable ones but also appreciate the ones that need space.
