“Melissa was absolutely *phenomenal* -- and is now highly recommended! She was professional and thorough, and listened to our concerns during our pre-trip meet-and-greet. Not only did that give us incredible peace of mind while we were away from our two cats for a week (which carries a great deal of value in and of itself!), but she went above and beyond overall by leaving some treats and food behind for them, using scented trash bags when cleaning the litter box, and sending wonderful updates that included daily pictures and details of her visits. But most importantly, our kitties seemed to genuinely like her and feel comfortable with her very quickly, which is saying a lot for our shy one in particular. She seems to care quite a bit for animals just like we do, and that brings a great deal of comfort to anxious owners who are far from home. We will definitely book with her again!”

About: Hi! I’m a 19-year old college student, currently on summer break looking for a way to make extra cash! I’ve always had atleast 2 dogs my whole life and have all the experience! I love all the dogs and cats from small to extra large and shy to extroverted. I’ve taken care of puppies, kittens, elderly dogs and cats, lizards, hamsters, etc. I do work during the weekdays 8-4 but am available before and after to help care of your pets! I look forward to meeting new furry friends :) I currently work a 8-4 job during the weekdays but am available before or after work to stop by or stay over if needed. I’m also available basically all day on the weekends. I have a sizable yard which is fenced in and I always keep a close eye on my dogs. I take care of them appropriately and never fail to give them love.

Raechel asked great questions about their care and went above and beyond to engage with my two shy cats. She checked in on them twice a day and sent many pictures after each visit. She left detailed messages about their feeding and activity, so I never worried or had to reach out with questions while I was away. She even played calming music and cat tv, so that they weren’t too anxious or bored. I was happy to see that they warmed up to her and didn’t just hide when she visited as they typically do with strangers. One of my cats is very particular about needing a clean litter box and has had accidents with past sitters. I am so happy that this wasn’t the case with Raechel’s care! It was wonderful to return to my apartment with no messes and peaceful unstressed cats. I highly recommended Raechel and look forward to working with her in the future!”

About: I've had the pleasure of caring for a variety of animals throught my life, beginning at an early age. I have seen many from birth, to passing, and have experience providing comforts to aging and / or special needs animals. I know it's hard to leave your baby during a trip, so my goal is to make the experience as comfortable and enriching as possible for your baby. Past experiences with the following trouble makers: fresh water fish, birds, iguanas, hamsters, rats, mice, cats and dogs... and eager to learn whatever your baby needs. I am mainly looking for weekend appointments to fill in between my full time job. That way I can ensure your baby gets the attention and care they need. Weekday appointments may be available on a case to case basis. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for running, more dog toys than most know what to do with, and enrichment activities based on your baby's likes and dietary restrictions. A crate will be available in my home if that is your dogs safe space, or they can sleep in bed with me if that's what they prefer. A young puppy will be in my house, but animals can be safely kept separate if need be.
