About: I have taken care of my own dogs and cats my entire life and cannot remember a time I didn't love them all. My cat is no longer with me but I still have dogs and would love to care for your pets as I currently do my own. I can handle big dogs and little dogs as well as am willing to clean out your cats litterboxes. I'm happy to tussle with big dogs and take naps with lap dogs anytime! I'm a college student looking for work over the breaks and any pet time over the semester as I'll be away from my own. I'm happy to work around my class schedule to be with your pets as much as possible. I have a mostly fenced yard with the only opening being the driveway but intend to do walks and keep pets leashed just for safety. My own home has two dogs that are great with other dogs, both of them being on the smaller side and great with people as well. When I'm up at school there will be no other pets up there and the space will be fully for your pets. I'm also able to do house sitting, walks, and drop-ins for your pets to make sure your pets are getting love and attention when you're away.

Each dog has their own set of expectations, so I am adaptable to each dog’s need. I work from home full time and I have a flexible schedule. I am an avid runner and walker, so I am able to fit pet care into my routine through existing/additional walks. My flexible schedule makes pet care easier to fit in. My apartment is tidy and there it is let proofed to the extent that there are no interesting (to a dog) things accessible. I don’t have any plants that are harmful and I do not have a patio. I don’t have any pets myself, so the pet within my care will not need to adjust to a new dog within their new space.
About: Hi, I’m Emily and I’m new here! I’ve been a dog lover my whole life. Growing up, my family always had dogs, and now as a young professional, I have one of my own, Maverick, a very spoiled German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees rescue! My passion for pets grew even more when my sister started her own pet services business, Kailey Walks Dogs, in Salisbury, MD. Whenever I have extra time, I head to the Eastern Shore to assist her and shadow her during appointments. It’s given me valuable, hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I’m comfortable working with pups of all temperaments. Having a reactive dog myself, I understand how overwhelming and sometimes isolating it can feel. I’ll always take the time to get to know you and your dog and work with whatever makes them feel safe and comfortable. I can’t wait to give your pet all the love, attention, and pets they deserve! Fun fact: I can say “Can I pet your dog?” in five different languages! Not sure I can think of anything better than spending my weekend around pets! Most of my weekends are wide open. I’m also very active, so if your pup loves a high-energy lifestyle, I can definitely keep up!
