About: Reliable, experienced, and genuinely happy to be there. That's what your dog gets with me. I'm a full-time professional pet sitter focused on drop-in visits and neighborhood walks, and I've been caring for animals for twenty years, from friends' and family's pets to 25+ five-star house-sitting stays through TrustedHousesitters, plus a growing record here on Rover. I've worked with puppies through seniors, high-energy dogs, anxious dogs, and dogs on complicated medication schedules. Most of what I do is simple, and I do it the same way every time. Your dog gets out, gets exercise suited to their age and energy, gets fed on schedule, and gets real attention instead of a rushed fifteen minutes. If they're reactive, shy, or slow to warm up to strangers, tell me. I'd rather move slowly on the first visit than push a dog who isn't ready. I answer messages the moment they come in, since my phone and watch are always on me, and I send photo updates through Rover Cards after every single visit. You'll never wonder whether I showed up. Pet care is my full-time work, not something I fit around another job. That means I can cover midday walks while you're at the office, twice-daily visits while you're traveling, and I'm often able to take same-day requests when something comes up. My calendar is updated daily. If you see availability, it's real. I care for pets in their own homes, where they're most comfortable. On the first visit I confirm the essentials in writing: entry and lockup, leash and harness setup, where the leash lives, any door or gate a dog can slip through, food storage and portions, and your vet's information. I lock up behind me every time, keep dogs leashed unless we're in a securely fenced space you've approved, and text you right away if anything seems off, whether it's a limp, a skipped meal, or an unusual mess. I'd rather send a message you didn't need than stay quiet about something that mattered. I'm also Pet First Aid & CPR certified, so if something more serious ever comes up, I have the training to respond rather than just guess what to do.

About: Ive grown up breeding dogs and then furthered my love by getting my degree in Vet Tech! I have a Chocolate Lab who has gone coast to coast with me and is as spoiled as can be! We always try to have a foster dog from Heart of the Valley in our home as well! Every dog should get love in my eyes! I am currently in between jobs and don’t start my new position for about 2 weeks so I am always available! Even when starting my new position i will be available all morning. I care for pets in others homes as it is my own home. I believe their safety and comfort is so important so treating them how they would if you were home is top priority

I am a graduate nursing student at MSU looking for some extra side gigs! I adore all kinds of animals. About: I have grown up having pets of my own and been responsible for at least part of their care for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was 15 or so I have cared for a variety of dogs and cats, in addition to the occasional chicken or rodent, for friends, family, and strangers alike. I genuinely enjoy getting to spend time around any animal, particularly because I don't have any of my own out here. I am a graduate student and work part-time so I have lots of flexible availability to hang out with pets of all kinds! My schedule is constantly shifting which means I do often have gaps in my days to walk or care for animals. I can play with or walk dogs in the comfort of their own home, or take them elsewhere for a hike or park adventure, as I have a decent sized car and am comfortable sharing my space. It's also easy to just take some time out of my day to be around pets who need companionship or some love on a daily basis.

About: I’ve worked with various animals for over 10 years, and in that time I have also pet sit for friends. I am comfortable handling a wide range of pets. My rabbit is 10 years young and thriving, and my cat is almost 3 and rambunctious. I am experienced in dog, cat, or other senior care. I have also helped friends with socializing foster puppies. I am confident in giving oral medication as well! I just graduated college with a degree in animal science. I recently picked up a job during weekdays in Trumbull, but I can still walk your dog/watch your pet! Generally, I am free: Sat/Sun - Anytime M-F - Extremely early morning or after 3:30pm I will always provide fresh water when I come in and before I leave. If the pet makes a mess I will immediately dispose of it, however if any part of the mess was assumed to be ingested I will let the owner know as soon as possible. Should the pet use the bathroom in the house I will clean and sanitize the area and dispose of the waste outside. The pet will have my full attention and treated with respect during my time with it.

About: I have been dog sitting for about 5 years, I can manage medications or any needs your dog needs. I have one dog who is super friendly and gets along with any dogs!! I have sat in peoples houses and have kept them in my own. I take my dog on at least one walk a day and would make sure your dog got outside and has lots of play time! I have a dog of my own and I take her on a walk or throw to her daily! I let her out every 3-6 hours, and am available for different schedules! My dog is well trained but I let her on furniture and my bed. I would be willing to adjust based on each dogs needs. I live in the basement of a home and have plenty of room for a crate and some extra paws!

About: Owner of two dogs - an Alaskan shepherd and a corgi! Two very different personalities and needs have led me to be very practiced in dog card. I love all creatures big and small and will always treat your pets like my own. I work remotely for a local company so am available all times of the work day. I have a few extracurricular activities for about an hour or so on Wednesdays and Thursdays, otherwise I am open. About: I've had dogs since I was young, and got to raise my pup when I was in high school. I love being around animals and giving love, attention, and care.
