About: I have had many dogs growing up and they never fail to put a smile on my face. I have dog sat for many friends, family, and coworkers and am looking to provide the same service to you. My current housing will not allow pets, which of course, leaves me needing my fix of K-9 time. I work as a bartender, server and cook at the Olive Garden and mostly my shifts there start around four. So if you have a pug, bulldog, jack russel, german shepherd, lab, poodle, border collie, sheep dog, pit bull, doberman, wolf, direwolf, husky, cat, St. Bernard, Shitzu, husky, golden retriever, or any other animal that needs attention, walking, or just a friend, give me a call! I am a full time student and I am on the volleyball team so managing practice time around the pet is important but very easy to work around. I go on daily walks with my dog. He’s a border collie mix. His name is Byrd and she is super sweet. I live in an apartment complex with doggy parks and a dog wash station!

About: I am a trained Veterinary Tech Assistant that worked in animal rescue / spay & neuter clinic. I also previously worked in a small, local pet store where I became educated and extremely fascinated with pet health and animal nutrition! I absolutely love spoiling and spending time with all critters, so please do me a favor and give me a call! I am very flexible, and will also admit that my dog eats WAY better than I do, so I’ll be sure to accommodate any of your best friends needs!! I am a stay at home mom, and I have a very flexible schedule. My rates are lower than most in the area as I am not able to do overnights in your home, and full disclosure - there’s a chance one of my kids might need to tag along with me during drop ins. I enjoy being outdoors rain (more likely snow) or shine, and I’ll be keeping the dogs company for a game of fetch or some belly rubs in the yard. I have a large un-fenced yard, and a comfortable indoor area for dogs to play or unwind. I can easily accommodate space for a crate if your pup has their own.

About: I’ve always loved animals and taking care of them. I’ve been sitter for neighbors and family since I was 16. I’m pretty good at communicating and asking for clarification especially when it comes to animals. Even with my own pets I’ve had to administer oral medication. My own dog is scared of loud noises and has some anxiety which I’ve helped comfort him a lot, if my animals are scared they’ve always come to me compared to anyone in my family. My schedule is pretty flexible, I do work mornings from about 7 am to 12pm other than that I am free. For housesitting, I can come check on animals every 0-4 hours. I will communicate and clarify if I have any questions. I’m currently working part time and in the mornings. So I’m available to sit after 12 Monday through Friday. I have a pretty flexible schedule. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats alike since I was 14 years old. My main experience in home has been with small/medium sized breeds as I have always lived in an apartment. However, I have dog sat larger breeds for my neighbors and a few friends before as well. I also used to volunteer at an animal shelter called NKLA with best friends society. Here I worked with cats and dogs. I cleaned kennels, socialized with animals to prepare them for adoption, and walked multiple dogs (mainly pitbull breeds). I have owned my own dog for the last 2.5 years who is a medium sized chihuahua/pitbull mix named Athena. She’s on a routine feeding schedule and is walked every 4-6 hours, last time being at 10pm. I have experience with bathing dogs but only have a tub at this current apartment. No grooming experience. I am also comfortable administering medications as my pup takes her own! I have also worked in small animal veterinary medicine. Currently work nights at MSU so I’m available anytime before 4pm. Also have Fridays and Saturdays off but tend to work our football games on occasion! I update my availability frequently once I know I’m out of town as well. I currently have a fenced in back-yard along with a very spacious home with an additional dog bed and a medium sized kennel as needed. My dog is super friendly minus feeding times which would be separated. I like to make sure at least a 30 minute walk twice a day is given & at least an hour overall of playtime. Especially for more energetic breeds!

I have a fenced yard with a dog door, so your dog can go in and out as they please, or I can close it off if you prefer. My dog (a husky) loves being outside and often relaxes on his outdoor bed, but I also have multiple dog beds inside and outside so your dog will always have a comfortable place to rest. We stay very active with multiple walks a day, and I usually bike with my dog once a day using a harness and leash for safe exercise. If that’s something you’d like for your dog, I’m happy to include that as well. I always adjust to each dog’s needs, comfort level, and routine to make sure they feel safe and at home. I also have seat belts and harnesses in the backseat of the car for the dogs while driving.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 15 and have loved every minute! I spent a year working for Telluride Humane Society in Telluride CO where I got to socialize rescue animals and get them acclimated to life in a home. I have experience caring for senior dogs with mobility issues as well as developing and executing a plan to get over weight dogs healthy again. I took a break from Rover during my undergrad to focus more on my studies, but as a graduate student at MSU I have a fairly flexible schedule and am excited to start taking care of pets again! I am currently a graduate student at MSU with a fairly consistent but open schedule. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I have class until 1pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays are entirely set aside for my personal research which means that I am on my own schedule and have more flexibility to help! I love an affectionate pet and am happy to give them plenty of love and attention! Though, I also understand that some of them prefer to keep to themselves especially around a new person. I believe I know how to read their body language and figure out where to go from there. I would love to be able to take care of pets at my own home, but our homeowners don’t allow it so I would mainly have to do house visits (which I think is more comfortable for the pet anyway).
