Lillian did a wonderful job watching our puppy, Murphy for us. She was responsive and kept in touch with photos on their activities. She took Murphy on hikes and exercised him well -- she is the best!!!

Lillian took a day of request from me and I was happy that my pup was safe at her home while I had a party! She communicated well and brought him back to my house at the end of the evening. Thank you!

House Sitting • Jun 25, 2026

We have an elderly dog who needs special attention. Lillian was very sensitive to our needs and requests, and gave us frequent updates on all three of our furry friends while we were gone. Lillian gave us peace of mind, so we could enjoy our trip. Would certainly recommend Lillian to anyone in need of a dog sitter!

Schedule

Pet care fits naturally into my routine. This semester I start my day at 6:30am with morning walks and then head to classes Monday through Thursday 9:30am-1:30pm. I can be back within 5 hours for walks, meals, and plenty of attention for the afternoon. I love getting dogs out for adventures when it fits their personality, whether that's a solo walk, a trail, running errands with me, or joining a group walk with dogs they're comfortable around.

Where your pet will stay

Home characteristics

Lives in an apartment
Does not have a yard
Non-smoking household
Has no pets
No children present
Dogs not allowed on bed
Dogs allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 4-8 hours

Safety, trust & environment

I live in a quiet apartment with three fish, so your dog gets my full attention in a calm environment. They will have access to my main living space and can join me out on the balcony. One of my favorite ways to relax is hanging out on the balcony together, soaking up the sunshine. ☀️ Because I live in an apartment, dogs with excessive barking aren't the best fit for boarding or daycare.

A typical day

Every dog's day looks a little different. Morning usually starts with a walk, followed by whatever matches their energy: a park visit, trail walk, jog, or relaxing at home. In the evenings we wind down with another walk, dinner, and sometimes a movie night. 🐾🎬 For longer stays, trusted pups may join me on dog-friendly outings or other adventures if it's something they'll enjoy.

Before your stay, I'd love to know about your dog's routine, personality, medical needs, leash manners, and how they do around other dogs or when left alone. For boarding, please bring anything that helps them feel at home (bed, blanket, toy, crate, etc.). For house sitting, having food, leashes, treats, and other essentials like cleaning supplies in one spot helps me keep their routine consistent.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
