About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 8 but began house sitting when I turned 16. I have experienced taking care of dogs, cats , horses and even chickens. while looking after your fur babies they will be given excellent care as if they were my own. A love to photograph animals so with my care come a free mini photoshoot. With your permission of course! My 4 year old black lab absolutely loves to play with others. So if your pup needs a buddy to burn off some energy she’s your pup . I work 3 pm to 11:30pm but I’m free the rest of the time to do pop in or walks. If I’m staying at your house I bring in my own food and drink. And stay with your fur baby the whole time. If I’m in home sitting I do a minimum of 3 30 min walks a day. 1 before work ,after work and before bed. And depending on your fur babies energy I’ll add in extra play time if needed. I’m stuck to strictly feeding schedules so whatever time you have them eat I’ll make sure to do they same. To help keep them in their normal routine. If I’m doing a drop in I can go walks /runs for about an hour unless you need me to take them for more time.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs, from Mini Alaskan Eskimos to German Shepherds. I grew up around Golden Retrievers. I also have a lot of experience with cats. My other role is as a delivery driver, which allows me to have a flexible availability to care for your animals. I do what it takes to be fully committed to my agreements and responsibilities. About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life, starting with cats as a kid and later helping with my mother-in-law’s Jack Russell terrier and Siberian husky, as well as my own 100 lb English Lab. During my five years as a rural letter carrier, I earned the nickname "the dog whisperer" for my ability to befriend even wary farm dogs on my routes. About: I've been an animal lover as long as I can remember. When I was 9 years old, my Dad got me my first Golden Retriever for Valentine's Day 1998. Her name was Star. I wanted a Golden because I fell in love with Shadow from "Homeward Bound". Star was my best friend, and we trained together in Canine Good Citizenry and agility. She could jump through hula hoops, over my arm, and she knew all sorts of tricks. I also love horses and used to spend summers and spring breaks on my cousin's farm in Apopka, Florida where she was the Barn Manager for a gal who rode in the Irish Olympics for the Equestrian Team. I had my own horse when I was younger, but we sadly had to sell her when my mother passed away when I was 9 years old. I've had dogs and cats off and on my entire life, but sadly, I just recently moved to Oregon and do not have any pets of my own right now for a few reasons: The first is that I'm working diligently to get established in Oregon and currently have a Mon-Thursday schedule with the City of Salem that requires me to be away from home for over 10 hours a day. Second, my roommate has a sick and aging cat who is not doing well, and we do not want to stress him out by adding pets to the house right now. Hopefully, my roommate will be able to reconsider when things change, but for now, Bok Choy (and his comfort) is our main priority at my house. Third, I'm hoping to move my Dad out to Oregon within the next 3 years, but for now, he is living alone as a retiree in Georgia, where I grew up. He is very attached to our dog Hank, and even though I'm definitely Hank's favorite person, I couldn't stand the thought of separating those two because I felt like my Dad needs Hank more than I do as Hank is his reason to get up in the morning! I miss Hank more than words can express, but I think we made the right call because Hank does not like being alone, and Dad can accommodate this as he is retired whereas I am in the main career years. I have previous dog sitting experience, but sadly, my identity was hacked, and I lost all of my photos on my Facebook account and lost many of my contacts through my old email address that I lost access to. I have also done amateur dog training and hope to get a professional certification in dog training within the next 12 months. I am happy to house sit during my work week if you only have cats that need tending after office hours. I won't be accepting house sitting for dogs unless there is an understanding of my work schedule and the dog has access to a doggy door and a yard or puppy pads are used during the day. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who can be with your dog during the business day instead of requesting me if you have dogs and need assistance during my work week (Mon-Thurs). This is a Side Hustle for me, but it also the more meaningful of my jobs because I love animals more than anything else in this world, and being around them is good for my mental health. I currently work Monday-Thursday until 4:30PM so it will be difficult for me to provide overnight dog sitting until Thursday after 5 PM unless your dog has access to a doggy door or puppy pads. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who does this full time if you need assistance during business hours Monday-Thursday. When I am at your house, your pet is my priority. If they need exercise or stimulation, we will make that happen. I will almost feel guilty for getting paid for it because it will literally be my pleasure. I will ask you to leave detailed instructions that will make my life easier and expect you to extend trust to me to do my job well. I understand it is difficult and that trust is earned and not freely given, but we need to have a clear discussion before you leave about what your expectations are so I can decide If I can meet those in a way that will not cause me undue anxiety. If you need someone after 5PM Mon-Thursday or anytime on the weekends, I am your sitter!

I have a fully fenced in very large yard, I can provide outside enrichment & I can provide a large kennel run if it’s needed!

About: Since 2021 I’ve fostered 2 cats and 2 dogs and have found them each their perfect forever homes. I love animals and love making sure that they’re cared for and taken care of. Trails, parks, and beaches, oh my! Oh the places that your little furry friend and I will go 🐶🐾🦮 As a veteran enrolled in law school full time, I understand the importance of time management and responsibility. Most of my availability will be during the week after class and in between studying, with more time typically opening up on the weekends. I am unable to care for pets in my apartment complex but I will make sure that your pet continues to feel right at home in their own environment. I’ll cater my care to any dietary or medical treatments and medications and will ensure that they are properly exercised.

About: I have extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats. I personally cared for my Shiba Inu for three years, including daily feeding, walking, playtime, grooming, and keeping a consistent routine. I also provided in-home care for a kitten for two months, making sure she was fed on schedule, had a clean litter box, received plenty of playtime and attention, and felt comfortable and safe in a new environment. I have also cared for a friend’s Golden Retriever for a month while they were traveling abroad. I handled his daily walks, feeding, playtime, and general care, while giving him plenty of companionship and attention. I’m comfortable following each pet’s individual routine, personality, and care instructions, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I work at a clinic on weekends, but I don’t have a regular job during the rest of the week. This gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of free time to care for pets. I’m available during most weekdays and can easily adjust my schedule to accommodate each pet’s routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment for pets, whether they stay in my home or I care for them in their own home. I don’t smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs, and I’m respectful of the home and the owner’s routines and rules. I genuinely enjoy animals, reading, and going for walks, so I’m happy to spend plenty of time with pets throughout the day, especially if they enjoy companionship and interaction. I live with a veterinarian in training, so I have constant hands on experience with my home life on how to take care of dogs. I am Cat and Dog CPR FIRST AID Certified! I've house sitted for many of dogs when I was younger, so I have much experience with dogs. I’ve also volunteered with the humane society many of times in my free time. I find it very important to care about dogs and give dogs love and attention when their owner can't at the moment. I'm willing to help in anyway with the dogs.
